    This is a great album: not sure why it's had such lukewarm reviews when there is so much to like & admire. The production is great, giving a lush feel to the album & the songs are brilliant. Google the opening lines to Nothing gives me Pleasure: brilliant lyrics, you cannot help but smile. Great song too! I am new to Girlpool but there are many fantastic songs on here.

    While few of the tracks offer much in the way tunefulness, Tividad's lilting, delicate leads on "Junkie" and the borderline power ballad "Butterfly Bulletholes" are among a handful of exceptions.
