    Prayers answered. This is the most genuine, authentic, fresh and delicious thing that has happened in the summer and in the complete year so far. Afrobeat in its most innovative sound joined by a simply incredible, seductive and strong voice as Amaarae's.
    I know this will stay with me for an incredibly long time, and I simply appreciate how this album is making me feel. So breathable.

It's so fresh and new, she brings her roots with so much proud and intelligence, the tracks are very well produced and makes vibe easily with each one of them. She brings up something more experimental with the punk rock vibe in the end and it feels very mature for a second album. Great album, amazing artist.… Expand

    A new standard has been set in the Afro-pop genre and Amaarae has delivered it with style, flavor, and all around ingenuity.

    While other afro-pop albums are juggling between Afrobeats & Amapiano.. AMAARAE decided to make the boldest Afro-pop to ever existed. Fountain Baby is a much more improvement from the previous "The angel you don't know" album.. Definitely top 3 best albums of the year.

    It's hilarious seeing reviewers claim this album is "breaking boundaries" when it's literally the most generic crap that's been done a thousand times before.

    Las reseñas tan positivas que tiene realmente llaman la atención y te invita a escucharlo, sin embargo cuando finalmente lo haces te encuentras con algo bastante soso y genérico. No comprendo eso de "romper límites" lo que me hace pensar las implicaciones políticas que tienen de fondo estas reseñas para ser "políticamente correctos".     This album is bold, daring, experimental, and above all AMAZING. Amaarae doesn't stick to one form in this record, and instead juggles between genres and does it so effortlessly. Records like this are pushing afropop and afrobeats as a genre forward, and I cannot wait to see what else she has in store for us.

    This thing deserves a Nobel in **** If you don't like it then your slayage levels are pretty low. I laughed, I cried a number of times, I sweat, I danced, I got shot, I ate and I had many epiphanies. Album of the 20s.
