    Thumpers work hard to trigger instant nostalgia for summers past but the longest shadows cast over their work are those of Animal Collective and Flaming Lips. [Jul 2014, p.117]

    Overall, Galore has some fantastic moments, but remains a thoroughly uneven release with some serious thematic flaws that Thumpers will hopefully iron out by their sophomore album.

    Positivity has no bounds, and in Galore this London duo has successfully created a prescription for crummy moods, rain soaked commutes and even the slightest hint of misery.
