Sep 8, 2023love ittt she did it again, congrats olivia!! what a great somophore album, making the bed is definitely her best song to date
-
Sep 8, 2023just the best somophore album ever, Olivia just killed with her vulnerability and angry in her songs all looks so good mixed with some funny sounds e a lilltle bit of rock, definitely one of the best albums of 2023
-
Sep 8, 2023The clear influence of many artists is involved in this album. The project could have been a big deal IF they would've released it back in the 2000s.
-
Sep 8, 2023Industry plant records more music written by a team of 40+ year old white men in a corner office at Geffen, intended to be basic enough to appeal to the masses but also be sad/emotional/angsty enough for preteen girls.

-
Sep 9, 2023The album looks like it's a sour copy. You can't see evolution in the vocals. guts isn't bad, but it's far from good.
-
Sep 8, 2023To be honest, I am not disappointed because she delivered exactly what I thought she would give us: boring songs. Hopefully, she will evolve on her next project.
-
Sep 8, 2023This is worse than sour... It sounds the same as her older songs and there is no artistic evolution. I expected more tbh. The lyricism is something a 13 year old would write and the production has some good parts but her voice and the production don’t fit to the rock/grunge influence.
-
Sep 8, 2023Honestly I was waiting for something better, this album sounds like sour discards, the cover art its really so mediocre,I think we deserve something better and a good work, but she dont do it this time.

-
Sep 8, 2023The album doesn't even deserve that high praise, her appearance is like the American media trying to promote a Disney star.
-
Sep 8, 2023So much unoriginality, from using lyrics from Lana to basically trying and failing to make her own heather with Lacey. I couldn’t even finish the album as it was annoying me lol…

Sep 8, 2023literally Disney Channel & Taylor Swift + the grudge is drivers license pt2
-
Sep 8, 2023It sounds like sour leftovers with more noise. Not a good album. But there are two good songs: logical and liove is embarrassing

-
Sep 8, 2023sound so basic and is the same than SOUR. She is a bad copy and past of taylor swift.
cero songs goods in the album, and bored. -
Sep 8, 2023this album is very bad and it’s similar to her last one, and again she is showing that she has no creativity
-
Sep 8, 2023Only couple of good ones. No originality and lyrics sounds a lil childish in some parts. Its an okay work.
-
Sep 8, 2023No hate towards Olivia but it's nothing new. Exact same sound with SOUR, same theme. I don't get the hype
-
Sep 8, 2023She really does try to be like Taylor or Lana, no identity whatsoever... Next please
-
Sep 8, 2023tragically boring album. sounds like a bad taylor swift album and those are already pretty **** all that acclaim was definitely bought by her label lmao
-
Sep 8, 2023
-
Sep 9, 2023Oh no, the drama mama is back... Why does the critics always give high ratings and reviews for her typical mediocre teenage break-up songs? WHAT THE HELL MAKES HER SO SPECIAL?
-
Sep 8, 2023Olivia Rodrigo is one of the greatest in this generation and her music can say it. the way she write about her struggling makes us realize it's okay and everyone has problems and can suffer about it. obsessed.
-
Sep 8, 2023I loved it at the first listen, an amazing album! My expectations were high because i love sour, and liv met them!! good 4 her!!!
-
Sep 8, 2023most of the songs unfortunately did not click for me like sour did. bad idea the only song i would listen to it again.
-
-
Sep 9, 2023You call this music? this sounds like you **** in a toilet bowl. I am uttering stunned by how atrocious this is
-
Sep 10, 2023I think it’s a fantastic album overall, it captures EXACTLY what that genre is supposed to be. Why not a 10/10? I don’t know actually, i feel some songs could have been better in some little ways, but you know.. a 9/10 is also a GREAT score, it is almost perfect. I have like 7 favourite songs. So it’s pretty damn good. And i pretty much like all songs. So yeah. Good album!
-
Sep 11, 2023COMO É BOM ESTAR VIVA NA MESMA EPOCA QUE OLIVIA RODRIGO PRA OUVIR ESSA OBRA PRIMA . SUPEROU O SOUR
-
Sep 12, 2023The brilliance of this album cannot be overstated. We’re back in the 90s and 2000s and God do I love it. This is what pop albums used to sound like. But it’s not just nostalgic, wonderfully angsty pop-punk/pop-rock. It’s also folk (“lacy”) and New Wave (“pretty isn’t pretty”). You hear elements of Taylor, Avril, P!nk, early Katy, Sara Bareilles, Hole.
-
Sep 11, 202393 critics score?! Like there's nothing in here I haven't
-
-
Sep 8, 2023A gorgeous return from Olivia that not only sees her style evolve but her heart more open. Holding nothing back whether its songwriting or operatics,GUTS is a revelation that what doesn’t kill you might make you stronger. Higlights: all American **** him back, ballad of a home schooled girl, vampire, bad idea, right?
-
Sep 10, 2023The metacritic reviews are overrated LOL. This is just a favourable album tho. But I should say the album is mainly influenced of Avril Lavigne, Paramore and Katy Perry (One of the Boys era). And I could agree that most songs in the album are SOUR's leftover. It's just her voice and lyrics that stand out.
-
-
Sep 8, 2023this album is everything i wanted and more. olivia just proved that she’s here to stay.
-
Sep 8, 2023such a good album full of punk and rock music plus ballad !lacy is so different from the leftovers!bad idea right and homeschooled girl are so funny!
-
Sep 8, 2023First listen: I think I enjoyed SOUR better on its first listen. We'll see how it goes on subsequent listens.
Musically, I think this is more mature. Overall, lyrically there hasn't been much movement. OR has lots of room for growth and I look forward to it.
I think the lead singles are the strongest on the album. "bad idea right?" is spot on. -
Sep 8, 2023Olivia foi tão artista nesse álbum guts, a voz dela ta tão madura, simplesmente o aoty
-
Sep 8, 2023Incredibly presents the thoughts of a 19 year old girl!! I love everything about this album!
-
Sep 8, 2023She’s incredible! Love the album 100/100! Equally as in "Sour", she gave us everything that we could have expected from her: excellence.
-
Sep 10, 2023Not my type of music. This just sounds so noisy and nothing special unless you like screaming... The ballads are better but just okay level. Couldn't understand the rave reviews from critics. It's a extremely overrated record.
-
Sep 12, 2023AOTY!!! best album ever, she is fun and really know how talk about her fellings.

-
Sep 9, 2023Extremely well I’m literally obsessed by how she made her follow up album completely different year still her from her previous work. This is genuinely AOTY worthy at the Grammys and that’s nothing to scoff at.
-
Sep 8, 2023olivia rodrigo writes about my life without even knowing me, and i think that’s what music is for, we all can connect with her feelings, i loved this album!
-
Sep 11, 2023This album is relatably depressing, confiding, playful, and yet aggressive. Olivia did a great job and for sure she’ll be relevant for yearsss.
Who hates it just hates fun. -
Sep 11, 2023
-
Sep 11, 2023guts is an incredible album!!! it shows such growth in sound and versatility in her lyrics
-
Sep 11, 2023ela evoluiu muito nesse álbum, ballad of a homeschooled girl melhor musica da carreira e dona do album junto com love is embarassing
-
-
Sep 8, 2023
-
Sep 10, 2023One of the greatest records this year, it's incredible. even better than her previous album "sour"
-
Sep 8, 2023
-
Sep 8, 2023A really no skip album! Miss Olivia Rodrigo done it again! Every song has it’s charme and you can scream, cry, laugh sometimes all at the same time! Incrible!
-
Sep 8, 2023it's a amanzing album (AOTY), i hope people understand that and the Swifts leave her alone
-
Sep 11, 2023this album is actually a masterpiece. the angsty and raw songwriting isn't cringe, as some people claim, this kind of art is great for teens like Olivia herself. she's spilling her guts in a way that is so theatrical and exaggerated, in some ways this album feels like the superb soundtrack of an iconic 2000s movie, it is sonically and lyrically cohesive. 10/10 album.
-
Sep 9, 2023Well done Mrs Rodrigo! I knew her second project would be worth the wait. She's really owning her craft and doesn't need to follow mainstream trends to deliver great songs. A real songwriter and performer. Haters need to take notes and maybe one day release some good music of their own before they walk on by saying this album isn't good. Take those expectations and shove it cause Rodrigo slays.
-
Sep 10, 2023This album is undoubtedly a great lyrical, honest and emotional performance. Olivia Rodrigo did a great job
-
Sep 10, 2023

-
Sep 10, 2023I feel bits of innovation in some tracks, but it all feels like a continuation of SOUR, something that could've been on their previous album and would be the same.
-
Sep 8, 2023What an album!! I'm obsessed when all American **** ends and start bad idea right? honestly it's the best album of the year
-
Sep 11, 2023i didn't like it tbh, too much voice filters and weird pop-rock. I found the ballads extremely weak. i preferred sour
-
Sep 10, 2023I love this album more then Sour. So much less ballad heavy and is more fun. And I love the Pop/Punk or Pop/Rock throughout many of the songs.
-
Sep 8, 2023OLIVIA RODRIGO'S BEST ALBUM.Sour surprised everyone, being a charming project full of very good songs, but Guts surpasses itself in every way, having spectacular songs and a very good order. I love u Liv.
-
Sep 8, 2023
-
Sep 10, 2023Generally a good sophomore album from Olivia, she continues to show her growth in her sound and dabbling into new genres. However, some of the rock influences sound repetitive throughout the album, which could have been done better. My favourites are making the bed, the grudge, and teenage dream.
-
Sep 8, 2023First listen - I was not sure, but now that I've been through the album 5 times, I love it. I wanna dance and sing. She knows how to express how it feels to be a girl in her twenties. Amazing lyrics.
-
Sep 8, 2023Genuinely really loved this album, shows a lot of growth for her, and I’m loving some of the new sounds she has taken on too!
-
Sep 8, 2023so slayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
-
Sep 11, 2023Perfect record, much better than sour and in no way sour 2.0 like some of u brain dead ppl say
-
Sep 8, 2023I have always believed that this girl will go far, she is an artist with self-planning, beautiful music
-
Sep 8, 2023Definitely meant for 19 year olds. All of the songs sound like they would fit on Sour.
-
Sep 10, 2023It's just incredible how she did this album, is perfect for this generation and very funny and reminds me of a movie from 2000.
-
Sep 8, 2023This is AMAZING! She did it again! The complexity of some lyrics are stellar and the fun is so good! She’s unhinged and i’m here for it!
-
Sep 8, 2023A strong follow-up to Sour. It has pretty great production value, a crisp, dynamic sound and Olivia is such a talented songwriter, lots of catchy songs while still perfectly conveying different emotions through them.
-

-
Sep 8, 2023Honestly this was pretty good, not every song tho. Best songs were lacy vampire making the bed and the second single

-
Sep 18, 2023“Teenage Dream” recycles a song title of Katy Perry’s and echoes a twisty-turny melody of Lana Del Rey’s. Yet Rodrigo’s emotional presence is so strong throughout “Guts” — so believable even at its most unrelatable — that you never lose the sense of a specific young person navigating a trial of her own making.
-
Sep 15, 2023GUTS is emphatic proof that Rodrigo isn't just good for a kid -- she's grown into an artist with plenty of things to say, and the confidence and eloquence to say them her way.
-
Sep 13, 2023These songs show that Rodrigo isn’t done after GUTS.
