    This is so hard, the production is amazing, the verses are perfect and the collaborations add what little was missing, alchemist always fulfilling my expectations.

    Loved, how the Alchemist found the ugliest sounds and made disgustingly good beats that Armand Hammer killed. The way they portray they beauty in the ugly is why I think it has a case for album of the year.

    Underground duo Armand Hammer teams up with profilic Beverly HIlls producer The Alchemist to produce the best hip hop album of 2021 so far. The dark colonialism-anger charged theme of the duo's verses pairs well with the ever-consistent Alchemist beats, though I did think some of their rhymes were over-crytical. Not for the mainstream, but still a good album

    As grim as the album seems, something constantly pulls it back from sinking into utter despair, and the majestic closer "Stonefruit" feels nothing less than triumphant.
