    As much as I want to love this album, I just can't. 'Harry's House' offers nothing catchy and groundbreaking to the music industry. While there are undeniable hits as 'As It Was' or 'Music For A Sushi Restaurant', this album abounds filler songs with repetitive tunes and trivial lyrical themes. Though I definitely can take a moment to appreciate the fresh, lively production on all tracksAs much as I want to love this album, I just can't.     This has to be his best album, on all levels. The production, lyrics, vocals and music arrangements are all just next level. I danced and cried whilst listening to Harry's House; it is truly a triumph.

    A fun album for travelling honestly ! the sound itself is catchy on some parts, boring on others, i was glad to hear instruments, & i enjoyed the voice layerings on most songs. About half the songs are forgettable and i didn't keep with me, but then there's others like Matilda or Boyfriends that honestly i found quite pretty and sincere. Honestly what doesn't make this album a banger isA fun album for travelling honestly ! the sound itself is catchy on some parts, boring on others, i was glad to hear instruments, & i enjoyed the voice layerings on most songs. About half the songs are forgettable and i didn't keep with me, but then there's others like Matilda or Boyfriends that honestly i found quite pretty and sincere. Honestly what doesn't make this album a banger is mostly the lyrics that just personnally don't spark much in me, they feel quite generic except some fun parks like Sushi Restaurant or deeper songs like Matilda. Overalllll a fun listen with some skips ! I listened to it for a while when it came out (mostly on bus rides, Grapejuice is really a banger for bus rides, it's like rythm matches the wheels or smthg) but nowadays not so much so I can't say it stayed as a personal favorite.… Expand

    This is definitely Harry's worst album, it feels lifeless at some point and this album lacks a lot of personality. My only reason for not giving it a 5 is the fact that Satellite is a part of this record. 6.4 out of 10.

"Late Night Talking" is another peppy tune that is among the best on the record that could easily be a Hall & Oates hit from the 80s. As It Was is such a devastating track when severed from its uptempo pop sound and one which continues to be endlessly listenable. Tracks like Boyfriends and Little Freak fall a little flat alongside the likes of Matilda and Keep Driving.     A solid, fun album, full of nice songs. In this record Harry explores the 80s and the majority of the songs are influenced by music styles of that decade. Its smash lead single “As It Was” is a love at first listen, very catchy and captivating.

    It's not exactly something new. It's very standard, but it does what it intends on doing, very well. "As It Was", "Late Night Talking", "Music for a Sushi Restaurant" are the best 3 tracks in my opinion. But it feels very standardised (the rest of the album). I think there is a lack of boldness and risks in this album, but that doesn't make it bad, it just makes it a normal pop hit album.

    The production on songs like daydreaming, daylight and grape juice take away from the album. The large guitar bit throughout daylight and at the end feels off. The way it’s mixed doesn’t match the overall sound of the rest of the song and it pulls me out. That’s one example of the overlying issue with this album(along with some problems with lyrical content). 7/10.

    By miles and miles, my favorite Harry record. The production and writing here is just so much better and more memorable. Music for a sushi restaurant, late night talking, as it was, little freak, keep driving and cinema are incredible songs

    Seemed like an effort to do something different, but was a hit and a miss. The catchy tunes which are mostly sampled, are not enough to save the mindless lyricism. The album sure works well in today's era of TikTok heavy music, but that doesn't mean its good music.

    This album is too good. Harry's voice gets better and better and I love that he keeps exploring and trying out different sounds. He is incredibly talented.

    His worst album. Period. Disappointing. It's truly buns. One or two bangers on the album, but they do not make up for the other 80% of songs on this album. Expected more from Harry.

    The sounds in this album is so good…i am not really a fan of old music but this album make me want to go back in time and explore those sounds…all the songs from start to finish bring something new ans exciting…i will definitely be listening to this album as a whole for a very long time

    honestly this is exactly what i expected from Harry, compared to the rest of his discography, this is his worst release. Couldn't help clicking off the album after 2 songs. When I sat down and forced myself to listen to it whole, there were some redeeming qualities but in general the album didn't go anywhere and the sound was generic pop song with nothing special.     Probably one of the best albums this year. I like the instrumentals and the cohesive atmosphere. The album cover is good, and the overall concept of the record is solid. I would love to have more vocally demanding moments but the emotional tranks like Matilda and As it was made this album unique. The album's last song, "Love of my life is sonically outstanding and made me feel many emotions.

    I really wanted to like this and musically, though it wasnt as unique and original as i had hoped i did enjoy it to some extent. However, most of the lyrics really fell flat for me and for some reason and a lot of the ones about women in particular just felt really icky.

Music for a sushi restaurant seems like it was tailor-made for the advertising world, and was very quickly used for an apple music commercial. However, the lyricism of most of the other songs seem more heartfelt. I enjoy the density of the instrumentation.     Harry's House is an improvement from his last albums in my opinion. The production is impressive and also creative. Lyrically is nothing impressive

    I like a lot this album, honestly it's not the best album for Harry (His first album it's better, and "Fine Line" is other level) but i love its production, lyrics and rhythm. About this album, the best song to this is "As it was", a letter love to music.
    Conclusion: I've been satisfated and it's one of my favorites albums of 2022

The first four songs are ultimate bangers, while the last nine songs start to make you fall asleep as they slowly drift into becoming music you'd hear in a hotel lobby or hotel lift. He can give you a rock song to beat your hair to the ground like Kiwi, a ballad to cry over the night like Fine Line or Matilda and a disco song to dance all night with As It Was and Music for a Sushi Restaurant.
    Satellite is one of the best of Harry's songs, the vibe of rounding the listener and the person of the music like a satellite and the rock at the end indicating the increase in the strength of feelings was such a work of art to me.

    It's got some bangers on the first half of the album, but the second half is just so BORING. This **** makes me want to SNOOOOZEEEE. This **** makes me fall asleep faster than my mom singing three year old me to sleep. Best songs are Late Night Talking, Grapejuice, MFASR, and As It Was.

    Harry doesn’t stick with radio trends and that makes this album unique and fascinating; you can feel how he left a part of himself in his new songs. The instrumentation and production are great and make you want to hear the songs constantly to be able to hear and grasp every single detail. His voice has evolved beautifully and he is able to play with it to give each song its own essence.

After warming up, I realized that each one of Harry Styles albums (3, presently) is different and special in its own way. There's really no sense in comparing one album to another. On "Harry's House," I guess everyone knows the big hit single "As It Was," which is quite catchy and fun. I immediately liked the song called "Grapefruit" and now I'm finding myself drawn to this album as a whole from top to bottom.

    I've nicknamed the opening track to "Sushi," although the title is really "Music For a Sushi Restaurant," the kind of song that gets you hooked in right away and off you go.

    Still, the most remarkable thing about this album, and all 3 of Harry's albums, is Personality. Harry Styles is much more than a singer/songwriter and creative force. He represents hope and optimism and seems like one of the nicest and most genuine people you could ever meet. His fans really love him and have gotten so much positive inspiration from him.     I just checked this album, and I don't know what's more shoking betweem the similarities in some songs with songs I already heard, or the lack of cohesiveness. I really had high hopes since I liked his previous album, but I'm extremely disappointed. Glad O didn't buy it yet. 0 originality.

    Harry Styles is back with his third full-length LP, Harry's House. The album builds off Fine Line in many ways. This record has slick production and infectious grooves. Harry's vocals lead the way and they're still great, although sometimes I wish he'd go further with them.

    Matilda is a heartfelt acoustic ballad with emotion to spare. Grapejuice is a steady and subtle little number. Satellite is a catchy and dance-worthy tune that is somewhat dreamy.

    Love of My Life is the typical heartbreak pop song but features solid vocals and accentuating basslines. Little Freak is a ballad about friendship. It's one that didn't stand out to me too much. Daydreaming sounds exactly like a recent Maroon 5 song, so that doesn't need much explaining.

    Boyfriends is an honest, toned-down acoustic track about relationships. Music for a Sushi Restaurant is a 70's style, groovy dance number. It's certainly not one of my favorites. Late Night Talking is another one of my favorites, with unique instrumentation, a sexy vibe, and a catchy chorus.

    Cinema is one of the weaker tracks, that doesn't sound very unique or fresh. It does have a sexy groove, though.

    Harry's House is a solid third effort for Styles. The songwriting isn't the best, his vocals could be utilized better and the earworms on this record may tend to glaze over some of the flaws. Styles takes inspiration from artists such as Prince, Maroon 5 and Vampire Weekend. He doesn't do anything groundbreaking. I'd look for him to improve next time around, as he seems to on each album.    … Expand

    i love this album so much, i genuinely think it’s one of the best albums, i really love the production and how much effort has been put on the album and i love harry’s vocals in general, he truly is one of the best selling artists right now with only three albums. i can’t wait for him to tour this album and im so happy he has shared this album and these amazing songs with us.

It’s got flavour. It’s got POP. It’s SO intimate. It takes you on a journey. It gives you songs you can 100% relate to in your own unique way. It’s Harry through and through; despite us never seeing this sideYou can absolutely tell why this is his favourite album to date. It’s so perfectly him without even trying.     I love the theme surrounding this album. Production and vocals by Harry are great and the songs sound unique. While there are some songs that sound boring, radio like, and just meh, the other songs out shine those ones and make the album great. As it was and late night talking are my 2 favorites off the album along with satellite and daylight. This album is definitely worth your time andI love the theme surrounding this album.     I'm so disappointed, I don't like any of the songs! :( I don't like the direction Harry has taken with this album, so i hope I'm going to like the next one more!

    His best work, hands down. I was late to the Harry Styles game and only started paying attention with his last album Fine Line. I kept tabs on him over the last few years and was so excited to hear this new album. It did not disappoint! His voice has never sounded better and it's an incredibly cohesive, well-produced, well-written album. There's something for everyone on here! I reallyHis best work, hands down.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. uno de los mejores discos que escuche este año. me gusto mucho mas que fine line y aunque le tengo un cariño especial a HS1, siento que mejoro mucho no solo en las letras sino tmb en la musica. no es un disco de pop comercial, aunque si tiene temas que van a sonar en la radio: as it was, late night talking, satellite. tiene tambien temas pop-funk, con mucha influencia de los 80s, como daydreaming y music for a sushi restaurant (muy prince). obviamente no pueden faltar las canciones que te hacen llorar por siempre (como en todos los discos de harry) como little freak y matilda. las voces y las armonias, las trompetas, las guitarras (en algunas canciones tocada por john mayer!!). todo increible. mucho potencial para album of the year… Expand

    Harry is the pop star that we all fawn over in this day and age and I am not mad at it. He has a fluid sense of style and he has wide sex appeal to pretty much everyone...

    The album grew on me a lot from first listen. as another user says, Harry isn't one for super deep song writing or anything, but once you start to view this album just as a pop album and nothing more, it becomes    Harry is the pop star that we all fawn over in this day and age and I am not mad at it.     The melodies and instrumentation are strategic to fit an aesthetic, and they really accomplished that feeling well... Turn your brain off and sing along! I promise that's when this thing becomes truly enjoyable.

    The only song that really did not grow on me is "Music For A Sushi Restaurant". This one is an easy skip for me, especially when Harry incorporates a skating sort of vocal inflection.

    I didn't enjoy these aesthetics quite as much as Fine Line, but they still proved to be very fun to listen to, and I'm sure this record will get lots of spins from me over the summer.

    This album is everything I could wish for and more. It’s soul-ascending, exquisite, majestic, ethereal. It’s a true piece of art. Wonderful storytelling and incredible flawless vocals, amazing tunes and production. It’s my favorite album so far and it will go down in history.

Y el propio título de su nuevo álbum es una invitación a una faceta más íntima, más introspectiva. En sus propias palabras: “Este álbum es muy personal y trata de mi propio viaje para encontrar un lugar en el que vivir”.

    "Harry's House" tiene un equilibrio extraño, ya que sus composiciones son bastante variadas. Desde el synth pop cargado del primer single "As it was" o "Music For a Sushi Restaurant", la que abre el álbum, hasta el minimalismo perfecto en "Matilda". Estamos ante un paso más allá, dejando de lado aquel sonido pensado en estadios multitudinarios y pasando a canciones más directas y letras más profundas y cargadas.

    Por momentos, estamos ante el Styles de sus dos entregas anteriores, como en "Little freak" y aquella hermosa elaboración de voces que es un sello de su música. Siempre con una onda ochentera y una cercanía cálida que logra su máxima expresión gracias a muy buenas letras, como la recién mencionada y "Matilda" (a mi gusto, la más sentida y mejor del disco).

    En resumen, "Harry's House" es un avance en madurez de un artista ya consolidado en la escena pop mundial que, con 28 años, demuestra una forma de componer creativa y cercana a la vez, algo cada vez menos común.    … Expand

    Fantastic album, it makes me feel in the past where the music was excellent. He is bringing back the best of that era with new and interesting ingredients. It’s an album that you can listen to over and over again without feeling bored.

    Harry's House is a great comfort album. It showcases the everyday life of living through a lockdown, yet falling in love with life's simplicity through past memories, and future hopes. It is a breathe of fresh air and very much needed after Fine Line's widely success.

    Gosto muito do trabalho do Harry, confesso que nao estava com muita expectativa pra esse álbum mas até que gostei bastante. Os instrumentais estão incríveis, ele continua com a mesma forma de compor e eu queria muito que ele fosse mais completo na composição, espero que um dia ele chegue no seu melhor. Music for sushi a restaurant foi uma ótima escolha pra abertura do álbum, Daylight temGosto muito do trabalho do Harry, confesso que nao estava com muita expectativa pra esse álbum mas até que gostei bastante.     Ultimately, Harry's House doesn’t really go anywhere or do much of anything at all. It breezes by with songs that seemed designed for the festival circuit and that are interesting and experimental enough that they’ll fit with Harry’s aesthetic without being too alienating for radio, almost as if he and his team couldn’t decide which was more important to them, so they went with neither.

    Harry's House is what happens when Styles steps out of the spotlight to live his life. And despite the fact that there's nothing as immortal as "Watermelon Sugar" to be found, this album, as a whole, has solid bones and is sturdy enough to last.
