May 19, 2019This album is very subjective, as I personally believe that it is enjoyed the most if you are a Tyler stan. Overall I love the album, it is experimental and deferent to anything else Tyler has put out. The first 3/4 of the album was amazing, but I was personally let down by the last quarter. Overall it was a great album and i will be jamming it for years to come.

May 18, 2019Tyler is at a point in his career where he can make purposely awkward music sound professional and polished. This also marks the third release from the OFWGKTA camp to successfully embrace the experiential. Though not completely air-tight, "Igor" offers an exciting new direction for Tyler. One to build upon on upcoming releases.

May 18, 2019Hes made one of the best albums ever. The trip this thing takes you on will bring you to tears and fill you with joy. Transitions between songs are seamless and the story is told perfectly in a quick 45 minutes.

May 18, 2019This is literally my first week listening to Tyler, and this album is a masterpiece.
The synth of his music is absolutely insane, and the tracks are supernatural.
This album achieved the prime of Flower Boy, and maybe, this is the best production of Tyler ever made.
Listen to this, you won't regret. -

May 18, 2019Best he’s done yet. Tracks are consistently amazing. Sounds different and stands out, but this change is for the best as Tyler challenges his sound
-
May 18, 2019I expected IGOR to be a lazy cherry bomb adaptation. I got a perfect album with catchy lyrics, great instrumentals and a new theme to Tyler more iconic than flower boy and goblin combined. It is fair to say Tyler did it again. This is his best album

May 18, 2019A breath of fresh air the likes of which hasn’t been seen since Yeezus. A rare true masterpiece that nails everything it set out to.
-
May 18, 2019Tyler has made perhaps his most intimate and lyrically beautiful album, full of excellent production and amazing features. Tyler made his best album to date.

May 18, 2019From the start, Tyler fascinated me with his never ending evolution as an artist and as a person.
In this album Tyler feels like he finally matured as an artist and also his departure from the style he has established is very brave and admirable. -
May 18, 2019Easily tyler's worst album, pointless features, pointless high pitched vocals, it literally ruined so many songs from being great here, but the beats are probably the best in his entire career, so he improved on that at least.
-
May 18, 2019Absolutely masterclass production and aesthetic. It's Tyler musical peak. Enjoy.
-
May 18, 2019This is beautiful album filled with great samples and experimental beats which proves to me that that Tyler, The Creator is really talented after all

May 18, 2019Tyler found the perfect balance between different music genres and rap. As of 18/05/2019 the best album this year for sure.
-
May 18, 2019This album is a sound journey, the production is amazing in so many ways man... comparing this album with fb doesn't make any sense because both have different proposals
-
May 18, 2019Conceptually, this is Tyler's best album yet. Sonically, this is Tyler's best album yet.
Fans of his rapping may not enjoy the lack of rapping throughout - but if you can get past that then this album will be an amazing listen. -
May 18, 2019definitely not as good as the wolf or flower boy but definitely better than the rest. The production here is amazing but the lyrics are not that memorable. Keep on going tyler
-
May 18, 2019It is just an amazing piece of art. It is different to any other Tyler album though.
-
May 18, 2019Not as good as flower boy but better than all other albums in his discography

May 17, 2019The album is truly Tyler’s most emotional and heartfelt piece of work. The production is Kanye West level quality and during the times when Tyler raps or sings or whatever he wants to do, its amazing. The album reminds me off his previous song “Enjoy right now, today” on steroids. Truly perfect.

May 17, 2019A great album by Tyler, one of the best albums of the year so far. Music might not be something you would expect from him but it hits all the right notes! A great listen.
-
May 17, 2019Damn this **** get better with each listen, im still thinking but this maybe surpass flower boy as my favorite tyler album.
-
May 17, 2019a beautiful sound from Tyler, with captivating theme. Loved almost every song except for maybe an earfquake.
-
May 17, 2019I made an account just to leave a review for this. i love album bro. Please listen.
-
May 17, 20194 listens so far. It gets better with each one and I found it incredible the first time.
-
May 17, 2019Sonically, this album breaks ground, balancing Tyler’s poppiest tendencies with his noisiest tendencies to create a breakup album for the ages.
-
May 17, 2019Although this is not a full rap album, this is Tyler's musically best album. So diverse and experimental. Gone, Gone/Thank You is my favorite song.
-
May 17, 2019I'm honestly pretty new to Tyler and his music, after listening to Flower Boy recently and thoroughly enjoying it, I felt like this album felt too messy and cluttered, where the music was not necessarily bad, however it just felt like so much could've been done so much better.
-
May 17, 2019I like that everyone can notice Tyler's evolution through the time. And this is a great example. He told us not to expect a rap album or any album at all. And the result is great. The production in this is beautiful and it is a nice experience to listen to it calmly. There are songs to relax, to play in the car, I personally loved this album.
-
May 17, 2019Another classic album from Tyler! The production is amazing and his new style is getting even more into singing instead of rapping. Although his singing voice isn't exactly great it has charm and the songs are great and fit well with it.
-
May 17, 2019Interesting production muddied by obnoxious euphemisms. There are genuine highlights, but lyrics like "I'm your puppet, U control me" and "U make my earthquake" lack subtletly, convey no real emotion, and are corny as hell. The first, stronger half of the record is captivating enough, but there is no compelling narrative to hold onto here. Overall, a weak and superfluous follow up to Flower Boy.

Awards & Rankings
-
The WireJul 11, 2019Things improve markedly when he plays to his strengths with the nuanced narrative of “A Boy Is A Gun”, but ultimately such moments [are] hard to hear over the pitiable “Puppet” and “Earfquake”, functional pop wisely rejected by Justin Bieber and Rihanna. When the narrative sags and his mind seems to wander, it just isn’t enough, no matter how stylish the trimmings. [Aug 2019, p.68]
-
Jun 27, 2019For the most part, Tyler has opted out of his rapping heritage, preferring pitch-altered singing vocals which will split some opinion. However, this elevated IGOR beyond the mere confines of genre, to a substantially great work of art, cementing Tyler's case as one of this decade's most essential artists.
-
Jun 21, 2019It’s an intriguing album with few dips (only Kanye’s verse on Puppet sounds rather phoned in and lacklustre), and it adds up to Tyler, The Creator’s best work to date. He may not be threatening Western civilization anymore, but he is creating something far more interesting.
