    Very thoughtful deep and introspective album full of different genres. He started his solo debut with single MORE which goes "my work makes me breath so I want MORE" and considering how raw unique and refreshing Jack In The Box was his solo career is definitely something to look for.

    jack in the box is an intricately made and well thought album, that talks about j-hope's identity and self doubts. it's music that i thoroughly enjoyed hearing, it feels fresh and new. i'm already excited for what j-hope has to show us next

    Amo todo lo que hizo Hoseok con JITB, es simplemente un álbum grandioso de escuchar, te eleva el ánimo cuando más mal estás y aunque hay canciones "tranquilas" se puede reflejar en ellas cada una de la esencia de Hoseok

    J'ai beaucoup entendu dire par mes amis que ce n'était pas de la K-pop, alors j'ai décidé d'écouter cet album une fois, ça fait 3 mois, et je ne me lasse toujours pas de l'écouter. Cet album est un vrai chef d'oeuvre.

    Cómo empezar?. Basicamente Jhope se arriesgó con este álbum al mostrarnos otro tipo de musica al que usualmente estamos acostumbrados a escuchar. Pero el impulso y motivacion de mostrarnos esa otra parte de él que no conocemos, esa parte de Jung Hoseok como persona y no como artista, eso es lo que presenciamos en este álbum. Es notorio a primera vista si se compara con sus otros trabajosCómo empezar?. Basicamente Jhope se arriesgó con este álbum al mostrarnos otro tipo de musica al que usualmente estamos acostumbrados a escuchar.     I did some digging the artist sang the song on Lollapalloza July 2022 and it was such an unforgettable performance than locals started calling “Hobipalloza” due to the artist nickname “Hobi”

    I will never feel bad about streaming 7 members’ releases plus bts whole discography now and then. I still have jitb and indigo in my daily rotation bc, guess what? I love those albums. Same with other releases and collaborations we got recently. I enjoy that music so I listen to it. Their music is my SAFE ZONE.

    What an amazing album! I discovered him through Lollapalooza and I didnt expected to like a korean rapper at all. The storytelling in the album is great and the beats are really good. I never heard something like MORE before.

    Es completamente diferente a lo que J-hope nos mostró en Hope World, y es increíblemente bueno. Desde que inicia hasta que termina es toda una aventura musical. Mis tracks favoritos son Equal Sign y Safety zone. Me encanta como podemos pasar de More una pista completamente llena de energía a Future, un track que inspira esperanza, en conclusión, best álbum del 2022.

It brings back that old school vibe that I grew up on and it’s something that I can cherish so closely, even reading the lyrics makes me think deeper.     This album is so well put together flowing from one song to the next with following the story J-Hope wants to tell. The songs show a very different and darker side to this very talented musician. Defiantly an album I want to listen to start through with no skips.

    J-Hope shows everyone how talented he is as part of a group and on his own. The concept of the album, the sound of it, the lyrics all incredibly interesting. I´m so happy he decided to show this other part of himself. Congratulations to him for nailing his first solo album.

    Jack in the box is honestly, like tasting a main course from a five-star restaurant chef. It shows the skills and also the maturation of j-hope through the years. It highlighted once and for all the name of j-hope as one of the biggest names in current k-hip hop. It's perfect from start to finish.

    This album is a timeless masterpiece. Insane how every track has a story on its own. It’s not your usual/typical k-pop sound, the genre varies from old school hiphop to r&b. j-hope is a legend and a league on his own.

    'Jack In The Box' podemos perceber mais um lado do Hoseok (não J-hope), podemos perceber o quanto ele pode se aprofundar mais ainda no seu lado artístico e que ele pode mostrar o seu lado "sombrio". Escutar o álbum em sequencia é quase como ouvir uma história, construída passo a passo, influenciado até nas mudanças sutis de ritmos e toques, de início mais sombrio e se tornando algo mais'Jack In The Box' podemos perceber mais um lado do Hoseok (não J-hope), podemos perceber o quanto ele pode se aprofundar mais ainda no seu lado artístico e que ele pode mostrar o seu lado "sombrio". Escutar o álbum em sequencia é quase como ouvir uma história, construída passo a passo, influenciado até nas mudanças sutis de ritmos e toques, de início mais sombrio e se tornando algo mais leve e esperançoso como 'Future', e vemos também um momento de reflexão do próprio Jung Hoseok em 'Safety Zone'.     I first heard MORE, the pre-released single from this album by J-hope. I didn't really liked it at first listen maybe because of the genre. It's hiphop + rock but after a few more listens, watching the really amazing music video and reading the lyrics, the song just grew on me. I do believe this song is better when performed live. When the album dropped, i listened to it from top to bottom. It was a wild experience! I love how this album is arranged. It has it's own story line and concept. Some songs may not be my cup of tea just like MORE but the songs' lyrics are great. I appreciate the lyrics and J-hope's message that he wants to convey. This album is great! I think hiphop fans would enjoy this. My favorite tracks are EQUAL SIGN, FUTURE AND SAFETY ZONE. You should check those songs out.

    Jack In The Box is really different from J-hope's first mixtape Hope World. He showed a different side of himself thru this album. I appreciate how he chose to go for this genre and concept even tho it's not something easy and cannot guarantee commercial success. But J-hope is a member of BTS and they are known for taking their music and art seriously. They will do whatever they want and stay true to themselves. They will release the music they want, they're innovative, experimental and not afraid to try new things. I truly admire them. I've seen how they grew as artists and as a person. They're great role models. This album might not be my most favorite album in the world but this is an amazing album full of amazing music. Everyone should check this out.     I would say that if you want a cool album to listening to, its a perfect one. From the intro to the last final with ARSON. The storytelling is amazing.

This one's concept is a bit different from his first mixtape 'Hope World', but the vibe and meaning of his songs are there. My personal favourites from his new work are Equal Sign, Music Box: Reflection, Safety Zone, Future, and Arson. The Intro has me on goosebumps! The mix of vocals and rap is so good!
