    The album is amazingly well produced, kudi and ye's vocal performance are super iconic and memorable. The lyricism here is also one of the best from ye and kudi. every song is so good, this is just a perfect album. Specially checkout 1)Feel the love ft.     One of Kanye's most interesting albums since The Life of Pablo, KIDS SEE GHOSTS is a brilliant collaboration between West and Cudi. From the opening hook on Feel the Love to the pseudo-gospel outro of Cudi Montage, the album is brilliant both technically and thematically, embodying and expanding the themes which Kanye explored in his previous album Ye.

    Production is handled expertly by    One of Kanye's most interesting albums since The Life of Pablo, KIDS SEE GHOSTS is a brilliant collaboration between West and Cudi. From the opening hook on Feel the Love to the pseudo-gospel outro of Cudi Montage, the album is brilliant both technically and thematically, embodying and expanding the themes which Kanye explored in his previous album Ye.

    Production is handled expertly by Kanye, with some of the most creative beats he has synthesised - 4th Dimension stands out as a particular highlight, brilliantly flipping the Louis Prima sample into a hungry-sounding monster of a beat. Cudi and West's chemistry is apparent; Ye's humorous yet vulnerable bars layered over Cudi's vocal melodies work together in a delicate balance. Cudi's rap contributions are also excellent, as are the guest features.

    While manic and chaotic, the 23-minute work is one of West's most concise, focused efforts, maintaining thematic consistency - mental health, materialism, sexual fantasy and faith are primary themes of the project, further developing the characters of Kanye and Cudi and providing insight into the minds of two masters of their craft. Listening to KIDS SEE GHOSTS is almost therapeutic; a cathartic release of emotion and a new view of oneself.

    KIDS SEE GHOSTS is, in almost every sense of the word, a masterpiece, another puzzle piece in West's incredible discography. The project is my second favourite Kanye project of all time, and one of the best examples of the man's undeniable prowess for music and art.     this project is something special. it is consistent and fun to listen to. i first saw this album as a 6/10 but after my second listen, my love for this album was increased significantly. Kanye and Cudi really help each other on this album and now i just wish they could make up and make the sequel we all need.

    I consider this album a 10 and absolutely love it. There is not a single thing i dislike or feel indifferent to. Every song is crazy memorable, while fitting to the overall sound of the album. Both Ye and Cudi contributed greatly to the project, from the stunning production to the vocal performances. I found all the guest performances to be incredibly fitting. All of this results in aI consider this album a 10 and absolutely love it. There is not a single thing i dislike or feel indifferent to.     While an interesting concept and collaboration, I feel like the ideas in Kids see ghosts could be expanded upon greatly. This album would have greatly benefitted from not being released in the year 2018. With Kanye working on so many projects that year, If he had released it, say, 2020, He could have made the album longer. On the other side of the argument, this time in Kanye's life wasWhile an interesting concept and collaboration, I feel like the ideas in Kids see ghosts could be expanded upon greatly. This album would have greatly benefitted from not being released in the year 2018. With Kanye working on so many projects that year, If he had released it, say, 2020, He could have made the album longer. On the other side of the argument, this time in Kanye's life was possibly his lowest (up until recent events maybe) hence him releasing Ye a few days later.     This is a good album, the production is good, and the verses are great. I'm just not a fan of the sound overall, and I think that this along with other Ye projects over the past 5 years or so are kinda cringe at points.

The production is extremely intelligent and good overall.     "Reborn" won everything. There was a time I listened to it a dozen times a day. What can I say? An album worth paying attention to. Very well made and interestingly presented. Too bad it's so short.

    I can’t find a single mistake about this album. This is one of the greatest albums I’ve ever heard. Every track gives you different feelings, from the first track making you excited to hear the rest of the album by yelling and teasing sounds that they’ll use during the rest of the album. The next song is my personal favorite. 4th dimension has amazing lines and flow from Kanye and Cudi. My personal favorite part about the song is the incredible production and sample. It really sounds like what you would think that an album called “Kids See Ghosts” would sound. Freeee is the next track, also being the sequel to a song from an album Kanye released earlier that year titled “Ghost town”. I won’t write a whole review about that song, but if you listen to them back to back you can tell that it supports that song very well. The song also sounds amazing, as does every other song. I love Cudi’s vocals, as well as Kanye’s. Reborn is obviously very different from the rest of the songs. It’s a sentimental r&b song mostly sung by Cudi. His parts are great as well as Kanye’s verse. The song is emotional, and it’s one of my favorites from the album. The next track is the title track. From the moment it starts you will immediately love the psychedelic beat they used, as well as the rapping from both of them. It’s nonstop bars from Kanye and Cudi as well as stops for singing from Cudi and they are all great. The last track is crudo montage. This is an amazing song. This song is mostly rapping. The instrumental is also great for the whole song. TLDR: please listen to this album, for your own good. It’s amazing.… Expand

It's a short project influenced by soul, R&B and rock that all work very well together to make a beautiful collection of songs that explore the relatable trial and tribulations of the duosKanye and Cudi are easily one of the best if not the best hip-hop duo ever. Each song is experimenting in its production and use of vocals, one example of note being Pusha T who is phenomenal on the track Feel The Love. The only track that I see as anything less than perfect is Kids See Ghost which is pretty average in contrast but definitely not a skip. Kanye and Cudi eventually get closer again and appear to form one of the most iconic duos as they both grew up since their first common chapters. This project testify the fact that they both are hurt and inSplendid art cover, name and artistic direction. Production and samples gorgeous. The beat switch at the end of 'Fire' is amazing. Lyrics are deep, introspective and truly interesting. Kanye and Cudi eventually get closer again and appear to form one of the most iconic duos as they both grew up since their first common chapters. This project testify the fact that they both are hurt and in a healing process. They reunite for the best and don't hesitate to compliment each other and they are mutually enriched by their personal experiences. Their respective verses strangely and perfectly match each other especially accompanied by Cudi's legendary hummings. However the project also goes in weird directions as Kanye usually takes (as in 'Feel the Love' and in '4th Dimension'), making some moments quite disharmonious but not devoid of profound meaning. The album gives you enough space to digest its tough topics, on mental health and expressing themselves, by a cleaver use of contrasting slower moments in the album. This helps the dense and high energy tracks feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable while helping the listener focus on the overarching themes. This is my personal favourite album due to the hypnotic beat creation by Kanye and the out of the world performance by Kid Cudi with his spacey humming and singing. So many highlights in this album and I am glad they gave such a refined performance, I fear they would have lost this powerful moment if more tracks were added . The only song I believe isn't as enjoyable is 'Kids See Ghosts' though this song adds to the album point and intern is needed to help it feel like a complete project. This masterpiece matches the amazing album art of ghost like figures floating in this abyss of colour showing there's beauty in the suffering.… Expand

    Absolutely outstanding and perfect album. Cudi and Kanye do very well together and their styles compliment each other very well. Beautful mix of different sounds and melodies that all go together to create an engaging masterpiece. Easily the best rap album of the year. 11/10

    This is an amazing album for hip hop duo KIDS SEE GHOSTS, comprised of Kanye West and Kid Cudi (who I have both awarded a 10/10 to at least one of their projects). Every track is a banger, and every track is amazing. It’s short and sweet, and doesn’t need to be any longer than it already is. 8/10. Would definitely recommend.

    One of West's best moments in his discography in my opinion. The lyrics are great and meaningful throughout, the production is beautifully gritty. I hope to god that we get another project from this duo. Very good album. Would listen to Cudi humming again.

This album is in my list of best albums ever made mainly because of how unique it is and the messages that are sent to listeners. Even the artwork of this album, which is inspired by the thirty-six views of mount fuji, is astonishing. This album communicates to you on so many levels that it'sIt's been a year since Kids See Ghosts has been out and this album is already carrying a legacy. This album is in my list of best albums ever made mainly because of how unique it is and the messages that are sent to listeners.     The album explores ideas of mental health but it addresses it in a way that tells you Kanye West and Kid Cudi are listening to your problems and that is one of the key values about this album while the others are all about feeling as if it's okay to be lonely. This album has been helping me cope with times that are hard, not because I'm depressed or anything, but there's something in it that makes you rise up and shine. That second song, "Fire" is an example of this.

    Sometimes, I feel like the ghost on the cover standing on-top of that other ghost with his arms crossed, watching the world go mad underneath me while I listen to this album. I can replay it many times and not get bored of it. This is an album that is the definition of true music. There is even a video on YouTube where a son and his dad review the album together and the two bond over the messages and brilliance of this album.     First four songs are a mix of great energy and fantastic vocals and great instrumentals. However, all the good things from the first four songs die down on the last 4 songs as it's much slower and has so-so beats which brings out Kanye's and Cudi's ok rhymes

    I really enjoyed this album. I think that the Ty Dollar $ign feature on Freeeeee is pointless but besides that, I find this album is very easy to listen to with insanely good replay value. This album is very purposeful and everything was done for a reason.

    An incredible album. It is sonically unbelievable, goes through a variety of themes and showcases once in a generation type of chemistry between Kanye and Cudi. Despite it being only 23 minutes, it feels completely finished and is meticulously crafted. There is not a single bad track here.

    Kanye and Cudi go so well together on this album and the features on this are great with Pusha T having a great verse at the start of the album Ty Dolla $ign singing great on Freeee and the final track on this album Cudi montage is probably my favourite song of all time it only goes for 23 mins with 7 tracks on it being all killer no filler so im feeling a fat juicy 10 on this one

    I can't say much besides that this album is a great listen. If you want a good Kanye and Kid Cudi album, this is the best you'll ever get. The opening is powerful, booming and something different from what we get.

    I did enjoy this album and I feel it didn't get the recognition it deserved. I find it's very easy to listen to except for the track "freee (ghost town pt. 2)." Another song I didn't enjoy as much was "Cudi montage" I honestly couldn't tell what cudi was saying. other than that It's an album very different from what we hear on the radio and I loved that

    Kids See Ghosts is some of Kanye and Kid Cudi's premier work. The project speaks on the rebirth of the artists and coming to peace with themselves and the world after many struggles, including mental illness, which Kanye seems to embrace. The production of KSG is some of the best to ever see the light on this planet, with ups of hard brash drums and Kanye screaming "Grrrat-gat-gat-gat-gat" on "Feel The Love" and lows of Cudi's soft melodic humming with a chill and laidback feel on "Reborn". The two bring a loving, psychedelic feel, looking back at their past mistakes and suffering. On "Fire", Cudi speaks on his past pain, saying "It's so many days I prayed to God
    All this pain, I couldn't seem to find a way", later stating that his pain is "scars I left behind".

    KSG is ambitious in every sense of the word, looking at breaking stereotypes and shattering confinement and restraint. Kanye sampling Louis Prima’s “What Will Santa Claus Say” on "4th Dimension" is a perfect example of Kanye doing exactly what no other artist in his position would do, yet he pulls it off perfectly, embracing experimenting and not being shy to go outside of his comfort zone is exactly what makes this album so great. Kanye and Cudi break out of the ever-repeating shell of stagnation and take a look back at their past endeavours, all of the pain and struggle, and that's exactly where the pain stays, the past, as Kanye and Cudi use KSG as an outlet to let out frustration and transform it into something else, looking forward to the future of peace and tranquillity within themselves.    … Expand

    From the 1st track itself, i knew its gonna be so good. The beats are very memorable, sampling at its best. The duo itself feels so complete when they're at it together. It's instrumentally complete and the verses seem to fit in perfectly. Definitely one of Kanye's best works and is my best album of 2018.

    Hands down my favourite album of 2018, this collaboration between Kanye West and Kid Cudi ticks all the boxes: amazing production by Kanye West (with some strange, but somehow fitting samples), great guest contributions, verses that touch on personal subjects and flow amazingly over the beats.

    Kanye West and Kid Cudi have always collaborated flawlessly over the years, so it is no surprise that this project is fantastic. The way they play off each other with Kanye's beautiful artistic vision that manifested gorgeously on the production. Everything about this album is gorgeous. Kid Cudi and Kanye are both in peak form.

Musically its unforgettable and lyrically its driven at full speed with both collaborators on top form.     Production is off the scale. a perfect blend of psychedelic rap/rock fusion that i Have never heard before. There is something twisted yet futuristic about this whole experience. This is an opus that both artists should be proud of. They pulled the best out of each other as artists and left no stone unturned. Perfection.

    Absolutely mesmerizing and a pleasure to listen to. At first the short length may be viewed as a negative but it really makes this an incredibly accessible and quality album with absolutely no fluff. Can't wait to see where Kids See Ghosts goes next

    Kanye and Cudi did it, they've made the album of the year. Every song hits hard with both spilling out their feelings and moving forward in life. This was beautiful, very beautiful. You get bangers, heart-filled, and motivational tracks. A work of art.

    An album that drives you to listen to it the more you even think about it, Kids See Ghosts is a phenomenal work of art. Tight production, scarily sharp vocals from Kid Cudi and Kanye, and critically woven samples drive this album to contend for album of the year.

Bringing together a range of genres including rap, grunge rock, psychedelic rock, and even hints of tribal music, KIDS SEE GHOSTS pushes music in a totally new direction. Ye and Cudi complement each other fantastically (No suprise after hearing Welcome to Heartbreak, Gorgeous and Father Stretch My Hands - Ye always brings out the best of Cudi). Here we get elements from Man on The Moon 1 & 2, PP&DS and even what Cudi tried to achieve on his bomb Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven). His singing is on top form here.

    Kanye's rapping is hungry, with great bars (especially on 'Kids See Ghosts' and 'Cudi Montage'), and his singing is great too (especially his second line on the track 'Freeee (Ghost Town Pt. 2)'. His production here is unparalleled, with fantastic samples ranging from Louis Prima to Kurt Cobain. All uncredited features provide an enhanced experience (Mr. Hudson, Ty Dolla $ign, Pusha T and Mos Def). With help from the usual suspects (Mike Dean, Plain Pat) but also some surprises (Andre 3000), the sonics of this album are immersive, bold and unique.

    This record is the first of it's kind, proving that Kanye is still one of the top inventors of genres, and one of the best artists of all time. My favourite tracks are 'Reborn' (I love the repetition of "keep moving forward"), 'Feel the Love', 'Kids See Ghosts'... and honestly every other track. I love the instrumental break in the track 'Fire'. In fact, the instrumentation on this whole project is so dense throughout, and Ty Dolla $ign's vocal mix on 'Freeee' is breathtaking.

    The final track 'Cudi Montage' is stunning - the repetition of the final lines "Lord, shine your light on me, save me please" is so beautiful. Takashimi's artwork is stunning too, and dare I say I prefer it too that of his work on the 'Graduation' cover? I genuinely am struggling to think of any negatives... I just hope we get a sequel, and this doesn't fade away like West's former rap group Child Rebel Soldier.

    Overall, this album is one of the best, if not the best, albums of the year. This project brings closure to any beef that Ye and Cudi previously had, as well as helping to bring closure to any mental health issues which they are both battling. The future is very bright. 10/10.    … Expand

    Interesting album, with almost an industrial and alternative vibe. Cudi and west compliment each other well here. However, this is not a perfect album because the last two tracks lose some steam and how much sampling do rappers need to do in order to come up with new material! 7/10

    Modern-day masterpiece, Kanye's impeccable production, mixed with his introspective bars along with Kid Cudi's melancholic vocals allow for one of the greatest hip-hop collabs to date. Other appearances from legends such as Pusha T and Mos Def secure this as possibly one of the greatest albums that will be created in our lifetime.

    Goddamn is this album good. Refreshingly short, powerful, varied, and original, this is as good as rap gets. Right up there with Kendrick and the best of Kanye.

    The influx of Kanye and his ear for production has been outstanding and this is no exception. This truly is a roller coaster ride and suits both of them perfectly through this short project. Only reason it isn't a 10 is the laziness vocally as I always expect the Man on the Moon Cudi and MBDTF Kanye.

    The controlled chaos of the record is proof that somewhere beneath all of the public outbursts and musical misfires, Kanye West--not the old Kanye--but the actual man and his heart are still somewhere in the mix planning to raise the bar and occasionally executing to near flawless result.
