Jan 30, 2018There’s nothing wrong with the playing here--it’s all good and some excellent--but these guys are still looking for their killer song.

Jan 30, 2018Love Jail is no masterpiece, but Wilson and his bandmates' instincts are most often good. There are far worse roadtrip companions.

Jan 30, 2018Love Jail isn't magnificent by any means, but it is stronger than its predecessor. Dommengang's much improved songwriting, relentless pursuit of more spacious atmospheres, and richly textured backdrops inside the hard rock cave provide ample evidence.
