I just can't put my finger on it, but this album is missing something. His rhymes aren't radically different (if at all) but this CD just can't stand up beside his first 3 albums.

Redman Is my favorite rapper of all time. But Malpractice, made me think, i bought the album the 1st day it came out. And LOVED it, then after about 2days it occured to me, that the album wasnt that great. I always heard people say in the chatrooms, redman was good Back In The Day. So i burned whut? thee album, and dare iz a darkside, and i didnt like them at first, but now i see they are Redman Is my favorite rapper of all time. I always heard people say in the chatrooms, redman was good Back In The Day. So i burned whut? thee album, and dare iz a darkside, and i didnt like them at first, but now i see they are sum of redmans best work. Also, Muddy Waters had beats that made u think, such as Da BUmp, and What U Lookin 4, and that is what made me LOVE that cd. Malpractice is a week week album, that consists of crappy club music. Redman has to go back to his routes, with his hardcore beats and hardcore, im not afraid to say anything rhymes. Oh and I know edub and redman are good friends. But Reggie hasta loose him, cause he is using his EPMD beat, which is so out of style its not funny. Redman put effort in2 putting publicity into his records he 4gets to put time in2 makin the record good, So thats why he didnt even rank in the top 20 purchased albums. Ok thanks 4 the time peace Collapse

  1. For the most part, Malpractice unfortunately matches Redman's pro forma boasts and refreshing modesty with pro forma music and not-so-refreshing beats.

The presence of lengthy skits and less-skilled guests like Icarus and Double O.D. Don leaves little room for the impressive Redman himself. [6/15/2001, p.90]
  3. Redman comes up frustratingly short on thrills with an indulgent, complacent effort that takes you on a loooooong road to nowhere.
