    This album is like nothing we have heard from Halsey before. Manic reflects a rawness in Halsey/Ashley that she has never really shown. The songs are mostly a quite raw and honest look into her most intimate thoughts and feelings. She manages to balance soft, emotional tracks with more upbeat fun ones. There’s no specific genre to this album, and that’s what makes it great. You truly feelThis album is like nothing we have heard from Halsey before. You’re able to close your eyes and picture colors to visualize the exact scenario you might relate to, same goes to the lyrics.     Halsey has officially reached her creative peak. In Manic, she fluidly wanders around many genres and still makes it cohesive. Couldn’t left her beautiful lyrics out of this, heartbreaking and full of emotions, one of the best albums of 2020, for sure.

    Favorite tracks: Ashley, clementine, Graveyard, Finally // beautiful stranger & Still Learning.

    Álbum PERFEITO, onde Halsey conseguiu misturar vários gêneros musicais e mesmo assim manteve coesão. Letras impecáveis e significativas, diferente de muitos outros artistas que não ligam para a riqueza na escolha de palavras. Melhor trabalho da Halsey até agora, sem dúvidas.

    she said this album would be the best one yet and somehow she managed to make it happen. I thought no other one could take badlands place but Manic is such an intimate and rich album: the different feelings that this era is bringing to the fans is so well thought. A truly masterpiece

    Definitely better than Badlands. Good and personal lyrics.
    The only problem is that the songs are repetitive. I could ditch half of them and won't even notice.
    The rest is great and I hope she stays on this path instead of garbage radio pop.

    Manic jest zupełnie czymś innym, coś czego nie słyszeliśmy jeszcze nigdy od Halsey. Utwory przepełnione są emocjami i uczuciami, dodatkowo fakt, że Halsey jest autorką każdego tekstu sprawia, że możesz się z nią utożsamić. Very proud!

    Una vez más, Halsey nos trae una obra maestra superando mis expectativas. Ahora entiendo porque no incluyó nightmare, pero esperemos que algún día podamos escuchar ese álbum con temática oscura que estaba planeado.

    The album is a true work of art about itself, Halsey makes everything sweet, intense and good. It’s amazing to be able to feel all the emotions of the album with her. It deserves recognition for it, is DIVINE!!!

    um álbum perfeito e que sem dúvida alguma ultrapassou todas as expectativas. manic é um álbum verdadeiro, que fala sobre sentimentos como realmente são. uma montanha russa de emoções, a cada faixa você ouve algo novo. é um dos poucos trabalhos atualmente que se destacam. manic é um álbum que possui muita qualidade.

    An incredible masterpiece. Halsey shows us a constant evolution in every album she gives us, and this is no exception. Thanks to Halsey and her music that has saved my life so many times, playing to be someone else, but now it is not Halsey who speaks to us, it is Ashley.

    I really liked Badlands but hpf not really. However, Manic is a really good album. It has so much emotion and the lyrics are deep, thats what i really liked about this record. What a pleasant surprise to see Alanis with Halsey. I'm not a big fan of radio hits, "Without me" is a good "radio" song but in my opinion is one of the least strong songs of the album. On the other hand " More" isI really liked Badlands but hpf not really. However, Manic is a really good album. It has so much emotion and the lyrics are deep, thats what i really liked about this record. What a pleasant surprise to see Alanis with Halsey.     Halsey gave a style similar to the name of the album. The sounds are good, but very overloaded with emotions. Although it is not his best album, it is possibly the one that I have liked so far this year.

    Brilliant, Halsey apparently acknowledges that there are times when she looks vulnerable, but she also shows that she has learned and that he can capture in the best way what she wants to express. He shows us her interior in the best way, and now we know who Ashley is. I definitely love it and I think when the artists get real, this is how we know them.

The album has a lot of amazing songs with great single potential, but there are some tracks that don't appeal to all types of audiences being more personal.     The real problem is that the best ideas are outvoted by frustrating ones, leaving us with little touches like the short, yelping-like sound in the second verse of More or the distorted vocals that end killing boys. There are some good moments here, but even the best of them can’t help Halsey get out of her own way.

    Manic is a rich and often confounding listen, an expansive album filled to the brim with the imagined worlds Halsey’s built for herself in the real one. It’s also sincerely, indefatigably Halsey: She puts her loves and ambitions on wholly earnest display, even if it doesn’t always make for the most consistent listen.
