Jan 5, 2017Over time, this album becomes more intriguing and immersive with multiple listens. It's hypnotic, dreamy and comforting. It's an album I can come back to multiple times and still feel enjoyment from the songs I've played on a continuous loop for weeks.

Dec 4, 2016This is definitely the best release of 2016! Especially if you love dark R&B songs, you should definitely give it a listen. This is her second most cohesive piece of work (after Amethyst).
Outstanding tracks: Spacetime, C'est La Vie, Ghetto Boy
Personal Favorite: Spacetime, Soul Glitch, Sunburn -
Dec 7, 2016The whole album is amazing, it gives me nostalgia back to her mixtape days. I'm glad Tinashe is still sticking to her creativity unlike her pop songs. Songs like "Ghetto Boy" and "Spacetime" are my favourites on the project. I cant wait to hear more amazing music from Joyride since both that and Nightride are a 2 part project

Jan 28, 2017An amazing project, definitely one of her best. It has a great mixture of slow jams like Sunburn and Ghetto Boy in contrast to bops like Party Favours and Sacrifices.

Dec 4, 2016A really good cohesive & experimental album that proves tinashe has great talent.
Personal Favorite: Spacetime, Soul Glitch, Sunburn, Sacrifices & Lucid dreaming -
Dec 6, 2016Production-wise it's basically flawless, and Tinashe's voice is the perfect match for this kind of music. The songs in general are solid too. It's kinda sad that she wastes way too much runtime in pseudo art-y interludes, ambient passages and stuff. It's all Beyoncé's fault. Blame her. She inspired all this garbage.

Apr 17, 2018Tinashe has done it once again! Release an album/mixtape with moody songs that you can't help but get lost in.
-
Apr 17, 2018Tinashe's best project. Best tracks are Ghetto Boy, Lucid Dreaming and Sacrifices. Honestly deserved to be more than a mixtape.

Apr 29, 2018Uma mixtape dessas bixo merece mais que 10, parabéns tinashe pisa menos na cabeça dos haters. love you girl

Jan 10, 2019This album is an incredible work of art. It is very cohesive, but somehow all the tracks are very different and unique. C'est La Vie is Tinashe's best song in my opinion! NightRide has tracks for every mood: urban bangers like Ride Of Your Life and Party Favors, get-in-the-mood songs like Touch Pass, Company and Sacrifices and calming, vibey songs like Lucid Dreaming and Ghetto Boy.

Apr 5, 2020Completely underrated and it was really different compared to her peers' music.

Feb 13, 2022Álbum relaxante, com um som bacana, diferente e com boas letras. Lucid Dreaming é o destaque. Recomendo pra quem curti R&B alternativo
-
Aug 25, 2022Hands down Tinashe's vest project, the dark night fantasy! I felt throughout the whole listening process

Dec 12, 2016Nothing here has the upbeat pop appeal of "2 On" or any of the unincluded post-Aquarius singles, but this is clearly designed for a different purpose.
-
Dec 2, 2016As the double-entendre title implies, Nightride mixes themes of both cruising and loving, and does so through tracks produced by notables including the-Dream, Boi 1da and Dev Hynes.
-
Dec 2, 2016The music is infinitely interesting, possibly more so than the artist singing it. But then again, you shouldn’t count out anyone releasing an album like Nightride.
