Not the heavy chugging of the first album, but going in a synth 80s rock vibe.

My favourite spector album, exceeded my very high expectations, the songs are tied together well with excellent lyics and guitar work. An American Warehouse in London definitely the stand-out track.

If this album doesn't get many user reviews it's not cos it's bad it's just because it's nothing noteworthy, nothing stands out. The writing is mediocre and the classic rock sound feels especially worn out on this one.

An easy and accessible listen with a classic rock vibe, which deals with the gen z problems though.

So much is happening on Now Or Whenever, but it somehow adds up to even less than the sum of its parts.

‘Now or Whenever’ is more of a grow-er than a show-er but has much to show for itself.

Committed to tape with the help of Rich Turvey, on ‘Now Or Whenever’ Spector strike between the two eras of their sound, tempering all out alternative bravado with yearningly bittersweet baritone-crooning ballads.
