    A perfect album from start to finish, Little Mix made a great and mature second album.

    Definitely a way better album than their forst album. They grew a lot in a span of few yeara, different sound and beat. Great harmonies. The ballads are a must!!

    Little mix in such a versatile and salute group is proof of this, we went from beautiful ballads to empowering hymns like Salute (song), their vocals never disappoint. We have on this album even a well-executed Acapella. Little Mix is too complete a group

    one of the albums ever made by a girlgroup. everything is there from the first track to the last. there's no way you would dislike this album. I'm still mad why Los Angeles Times dislike every girlband's work. like c'mon this album has harmonies, lyrics, vocals, beatbox, r&b influences, rap. important issues. they only reason you'd dislike this is because you don't another girlband to beone of the albums ever made by a girlgroup. everything is there from the first track to the last. there's no way you would dislike this album. I'm still mad why Los Angeles Times dislike every girlband's work. like c'mon this album has harmonies, lyrics, vocals, beatbox, r&b influences, rap. important issues. they only reason you'd dislike this is because you don't another girlband to be successful as the previous girlbands, like TLC, DC, All Saints. there's room for everyone. for me is hard to beat this album easily, the closest one is LM5.… Expand

    This album is a bit dark album. Singles are extremely good, especially Salute.Towers, Good Enough, very good songs I recommend you all listen.

    Little Mix nós entrega um álbum coeso, triste e com baladas r&b ruins que são salvas por vocais bons. Como exemplo usarei a faixa Good Enough, uma típica música triste, Jesy N finalmente tem sua melhor estreia e vemos vocais poderosos com uma sonoridade simples, Leigh P nós presenteia com vocais firmes que transmite uma sensação de tristeza e choro, e era isso que essa música e o álbumLittle Mix nós entrega um álbum coeso, triste e com baladas r&b ruins que são salvas por vocais bons. Como exemplo usarei a faixa Good Enough, uma típica música triste, Jesy N finalmente tem sua melhor estreia e vemos vocais poderosos com uma sonoridade simples, Leigh P nós presenteia com vocais firmes que transmite uma sensação de tristeza e choro, e era isso que essa música e o álbum necessitava, de Leigh P e Jesy T, porém a faixa vai ficando ruim quando escutamos Perrie e sua voz gritante que logo nós faz querer mais das duas integrantes já citadas, não é possivel ouvir muito Jade T e meus ouvidos dão gloria em pelo menos três canções do álbum, ja que mais uma vez sua voz "exuberante" que não tem nada haver com R&B domina 50% deixando apenas os outros 50% pra ser divido entre as outras integrantes, poderia ser aceitável caso o álbum fosse POP,mas como não é, só lamento. Salute é o segundo álbum de estúdio que esperava mais quando havia escutado o primeiro single, mas é apenas um álbum triste que enjoa fatalmente seus ouvintes. A sonoridade é boa, algumas samples que dão sono e mais uma vez Little Mix não cria suas próprias batidas, so recicla de outros artistas e são 3 ou 4 faixas que não o tornam tão ruim, entre elas Good Enough,Towers,Little Me e a fabulosa faixa SALUTE.     I think 'Salute' is the most monumental album by Little Mix...The ballads like Good Enough and Towers are exactly made for her voices. Move, Nothing Feels Like You, Word Up and A different Beat are so energetic...And I can not forget Competition and They Just Don't Know You with your expressive R&B features. Mr. Loverboy give the underground vibes that this half-urban album needs.     Overall a good album. The tracklist organization is not the best with a constant back and forth between ballads and upbeat songs. I also think that this album would have been better with 10 -12 songs. Sometimes too much harmony.

    It's the same thing like with the previous album. There's Little Me - the track that has a meaning and is amazing, Move - the catchy track you gotta like and that is all. (I also like Towers, Good Enough and Salute but that's really all this album gives me.) I even think this is a bit worse.     Hated every song in the album. The problem lies in the group itself, they aren't good singers, they are like four hags thinking they can sing. Just look at them, Mariah Carey and Gwen Stefani looks younger than them.

    With tiresome and outdated songs, Salute by Little Mix is one of the worst albums released in 2015. The album does not add anything to the listeners, it is tiring and boring

    A brilliant second album from the girls proving to not just me but to everyone that they are they are not just the next big British girl band but also the next big girl band in general. Led by a brilliant title track which does exactly what the girls want it empowers women.

    for me the best album of a girl band . with super feminist songs they valued and represented well the " girl power " . She are certainly the best that there is in the music business . Harmonies , sounds , beauty, humility and sense of humor, totally perfect

    Nothing that Destiny's Child or Beyonce didn't do before. No originality whatsoever, it's actually really sad to be honest. Only tracks that I somewhat liked are Competition, Boy and Stand Down... the rest are not so good. And Salute is a just a Run The World (Girls) copy and nowhere near as good.

    I love Little Mix since TXF, they are the best girlband of the world now and they diserve the best. This Album is SO GOOD, was made with a perfect lyrics and it's the best LOVE IT

    This album is just amazing. They're amazing they have good vocals, good songs, personality, harmony. DNA is such an amazing album but Salute is so much better. Salute is grown up, but it isn't superficial.

    Salute is a solid R&B-influenced pop production that thankfully lacks the fettered packaging of Little Mix's debut album DNA. It takes a suaver route towards the acrobatically powered vocals that are fast becoming de rigueur in mainstream 21st Century pop.

    Little Mix is definitely one of the most talented acts that have entered the musical industry after 2011 (a very productive year for mainstream pop music). But from their teen pop debut album "DNA" to their sophomore R&B-influenced pop record "Salute", these girls have evolved more than any other group in the past decade has. The track Salute is a female statement with great lyrics and aLittle Mix is definitely one of the most talented acts that have entered the musical industry after 2011 (a very productive year for mainstream pop music). But from their teen pop debut album "DNA" to their sophomore R&B-influenced pop record "Salute", these girls have evolved more than any other group in the past decade has. The track Salute is a female statement with great lyrics and a perfect combination of UK pop music and its military sounds, while "Move" and "About the Boy" are very mainstream and explosive pop tracks (with some contemporary R&B beats). As the grown women that these ladies have become, they've learned to deliver some very classic and strong ballads; "Towers" and "Good Enough" show us a lot of emotion, resentment, guilt and a bit of anger too. "These Four Walls", on another hand, is full of apathy, and it's the calm point of this amazing album. It's noticeable that this record has a very strong 90's influence, as seen on the tracks "Boy", "Mr. Loverboy", "Competition" and "Little Me", both assimilable to En Vogue and Destiny's Child music style. And another differential that Little Mix brings with their second album is the well-organized percussion on the tracks "Nothing Feels Like You", "Stand Down" and "See Me Now", where we can see some African drums influence too. Although they have been very underestimated by their record label and Simon Cowell, they've delivered just what the music industry needs: organic and refreshing music for young adults/teenagers, great lyrics and mostly, unquestionably amazing vocals, showing that they're obviously the best girlgroup right now.… Expand

    Surely Little Mix excelled with this album, it is fantastic. Vocals are amazing, beats are exciting. Salute is an undeniably solid album, and has a lot more going for it than similar efforts from many of Little Mix’s pop peers this year. Little Mix is ​​definitely the best girlband today.

    The best girl band currently. A fabulous blend of Spice Girls, TLC and Destiny's Child but without losing their indentity. Perfect voices, inspirational lyrics, striking beats. Salute in my opinion along with Pure Heroine of the Lorde was one of the best albums released in 2013. Shocked everyone with the already huge change in DNA sweet little girls were coming from the X Factor with theirThe best girl band currently.     I still haven't decided which album I like better: this album or their last and also debut album, DNA. Salute's got some great power songs and ballads. "These Four Walls" is actually the only song that bores me. But what's really worth buying this album, is Little Mix's outstanding vocals. My God, these girls can sing!     It's good with the first few tracks Salute, Move, but then it gets a little boring and songs seemed to just be thrown around messily. It's obviously a follow up to a Destiny Child's album, especially with the song Boy but doesn't really get there with me. Sounds very military and upbeat and then throw in the ballads and it brings the mood down.

    "Salute" shows a whole new level of maturity from the British girl group Little Mix with its energetic and fresh beats alongside great vocals and tight harmonies. Definitely an improvement on their first album, "DNA", and a highlight of the year. Good job, girls!
