Feb 23, 2018On first listen, a suitably enjoyable record. I wasn't initially sure of what I thought of her voice. However, after giving it a couple more spins I'm sold on the album. Vocally smooth, beautifully produced and pretty much perfect in length. Really impressive and enjoyable for a pop record.

Feb 2, 2021A flawless album. Heard about Rae on Radio 1, listened to this album and never looked back. A combination of sparkling electro-pop, slower songs and a real experimental nature that pays off. A must-listen.

Mar 18, 2018Really infectious pop. "Do It" and "Wait For the Rain" are definitely highlights. Though the album drags on towards the end and the track "Push me to my Limit" though vocally great, doesn't fit the feel of the album.

Apr 6, 2018A impeccable album, the Synthpop/Dream Pop and the Electronic flow in a natural way, a revealing album that show us a fresh and interesting Pop.

Jun 22, 2019Every single song is a beatifuly crafted masterpiece! It kills me that this album and Rae Morris haven't got the recognition for giving birth to this amazing piece of art! Hope Rae keeps making such mesmerising music for many more decades to come!!!

UncutFeb 2, 2018Syrupy piano ballads remain a blind spot for Morris, who seems to be soundtracking ab imaginary Richard Curtis comedy n the sappy, soppy title track. But "rose Garden" is great, it's whopping Kate Bush-isms spliced with staccato mechanised beats. [Mar 2017, p.31]

Q MagazineFeb 2, 2018The title track sounds like it was written for a TV movie and Lower The Tone is a sexless sex-jam, but it's an energetic return regardless. [Mar 2018, p.113]

Feb 2, 2018Every single song breaks new ground for Morris – even the simple title track, which admittedly could have been found down the back of Chris Martin’s sofa.
