    Very entertaining. A few head bobbers like Mississippi slide, but it lack consistency in that respect. I get it, you can't have a whole album of bangers but if that's what you're good at then why not.

    This album was ok. There is nothing special about it but it is generally enjoyable. I feel like this album is lacking the "pop" or "thrill" that previous albums from Rae Sremmurd/Swae Lee have had. My favorite song was "Leans Gone Cold".

    Compared to the careful sprawl of triple-LP Sr3mm, which artfully unwound the brothers’ divergent styles and production tastes while avoiding lulls, this outing can feel formulaic and less adventurous at times.

    Perhaps the album could have felt a tad more engaging if it attempted to do a little more both sonically and lyrically, but Slim and Swae, as well as longtime producer Mike-Will-Made-It, know exactly what they excel at and they do an excellent job at doing just that.

    The Eighties and Nineties hip-hop-beat references on the album open up a world of opportunity for the group: They’re clearly having the most fun lyrically as they update the past.
