Fantastic album! Their best work. Never been a big fan because of the heavy, metal sound on their previous albums. But this one. Oh man. It's bloody brilliant. The band is You Me at Six and 6 amazing songs from this album are in my playlist.

It's a very nice rock album, has its ups and downs, but the result is pretty great for a band like that.

It's Biffy Clyro producer Dan Austin, who adds lustre to YMAS's lonely bones. [Apr 2021, p.89]

It jabs with style, and demonstrates that, far from running out of ideas, this band remain intent on staying at the cutting edge of modern British rock.

It’s rare for a rock record to feel this exciting, especially coming from a band seven albums deep and, y’know, from Surrey, but every track ‘SUCKAPUNCH’ feels inspired in some way.
