Oct 2, 2022The most Clutch sounding album released by Clutch to date. Always a great time, Neil is the modern bard, taking you on a fantastical tale with sick riffs, heavy bass, and groovy drum lines! The best, and most underrated rock band today!

The WireOct 5, 2022Along with the usual guitar/bass/drums/vocals, the group have added vibraphone, theremin and back-up singers, a move that has significantly enhanced their sound and bolstered the sci-fi boogie that rolls through the songs. [Nov 2022, p.70]

Classic Rock MagazineSep 19, 2022There's a remarkable sense of interplay, open space, hard rock and ambition that suggests other bands might as well pack up their tents and think about heading home. It's hard to pick gems from a sea of diamonds. [Oct 2022, p.72]

Sep 16, 2022Sunrise on Slaughter Beach by Clutch is both a celebration of what has made this such a great band and a venture into new territories. It is unmistakably a Clutch album that will have you pumping your fist and singing along. And yeah, it probably does sound better in a slightly rusty 70s muscle car, but that’s not necessary to enjoy the album.
