    I’m very picky when I listen to Kpop albums and really only like a handful of full-length albums. TXT is one of the few artists I’ve found that have made un-skippable albums and on top of that, they venture into all kinds of genres (they really went from KRock with 0x1=LOVESONG to hyperpop in Frost, that diversity is unseen in Kpop) while executing them with great production and lyricism.I’m very picky when I listen to Kpop albums and really only like a handful of full-length albums. TXT is one of the few artists I’ve found that have made un-skippable albums and on top of that, they venture into all kinds of genres (they really went from KRock with 0x1=LOVESONG to hyperpop in Frost, that diversity is unseen in Kpop) while executing them with great production and lyricism.     TXT's best album so far, which is a lot when your whole discography has no-skip songs. They have grown so much musically, lyrically, and now even producing. They're getting better and better everytime.

I listened to the album and I didn't like it ... it's like you stream it one time and then it's done ... you won't come back to it or have a real song stuck in ur head ...the only song underrated is anti-romantic ... it deserves more ...the title track is good but not the gp taste ... the english song is the worst
    I think the "RUN away " amd "blue hour" album is their best and I hope they will grow more in the next one    … Expand

    This album is amazing, the songs and the concept are all very good.

    The boys matured a lot and we can see that clearly on this album they collaborated with the production and composition. The track "Dear Sputnik" which was composed and produced by the members of the group is definitely my favorite, the style and concept of the song pleased me a lot.     In this album you can totally see the colors of the group. Every song has it’s magic wether we’re talking about lyrics, melody, production, etc. The album just makes you feel a lot of emotions thanks to the interpreters unique voices. Definitely one of the best releases in this year so far.

    Tomorrow x Together must me one of my absolute favorite groups ever. This album has blown my mind for real. Each song is incredibly unique and definitely worth a listen. It is the kind of album that I can definitely see myself recommending to other people who are not necessarily fans of the genre that is k-pop.     Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is known for their flawless discography and they proved it again through this album which all the members participated in. All five members participated in the lyrics/composing and the youngest member, Hueningkai, also co-produced the track "Dear Sputnik".

    I'm more of a gg stan but I'll have to admit that this is one of the very, very few best bg albums of this year. Though I've listened to TXT's songs in the passing, I'll have to admit that they have great musicality and are very flexible in different genres in each and every of their albums. First of all, all five members worked really hard on it, and are all credited in most of the songs as lyricists and songwriters, with Huening Kai, the youngest, debuting as a producer with track "Dear Sputnik" (Huening Kai being the first ever member to participate inThe Chaos Chapter: Freeze, TOMORROW X TOGETHER's second full album, has set very high standards for the music to come. First of all, all five members worked really hard on it, and are all credited in most of the songs as lyricists and songwriters, with Huening Kai, the youngest, debuting as a producer with track "Dear Sputnik" (Huening Kai being the first ever member to participate in songwriting with "Roller Coaster" from their first studio album The Dream Chapter Magic, and only the second to produce a song, following Beomgyu with his "Maze in the Mirror" from The Dream Chapter Eternity).

    Musically speaking, FREEZE explores different genres, from a more delicate R&B song like "Anti-Romantic", which describes the disillusionment of love and nevertheless the impossibility to escape it, to more strong sounds like pop-rock/punk-rock with, amongst others, the title-track "0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You) featuring Seori, a dramatic confession of love which highlights the great vocal and interpretative skills of each member, from the low, deep and soft voice of Beomgyu, the delicate falsetto of Soobin, the emotional interpretation of Yeonjun, the beautiful and harmonious voice of Huening Kai, to the incredible high notes and raspy voice of Taehyun.

    Continuing an already existing process with the other albums of their - let me say - flawless discography (one of their distinctive feature being the exploration of different musical genres) FREEZE also narrates a story that continues from where we were left with their previous albums: facing a world dominated by chaos (referring our current situation with the ongoing pandemic), where there are "No Rules" (the title of their #6 track, which refers their "New Rules" song from MAGIC album), the boys feel unable to move, to take action, to make a choice (as described in "What if I had been that PUMA", a continuation to their 2020 song and single "PUMA" from ETERNITY). They are frozen, as the title of the album suggests. A situation that is reflected in songs like "Frost", but also in the disillusioned and cynical lyrics of "Anti-Romantic" and "Ice Cream".

    Yet in this "world of zero", the boys meet that person, that someone, that "one and on1y" that saves them from chaos, that makes them feel the magic of love and that gives them hope (all themes explored in the other songs of the album). This narration is something every listener can relate to, belonging or not to TXT generation, and it is what makes this album so empathically emotional, a "roller coaster" of feelings.

    With the recognition it is getting all over the world and the amazing achievements obtained such as #5 on Billboard 200, The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE is indeed a masterpiece and, definitely, the best album of the year.    … Expand

    A very immersive experience throughout the entire album. Different kind of genres blend really well together to give the listeners a very pleasant experience. It offers a fresh and innovative sound unlike most of other kpop albums. This album has definitely made place in my playlist and I will be willing to recommend it to others as well.

    The best discography from Tomorrow X Together so far! The diversity of songs from the first track to the 8th track will make you feel that the album is too good to be true. Huge improvement from the previous product, Minisode 1: Blue Hour (EP). The Chaos Chapter: Freeze is indeed managed to place itself among the best albums produced.

    Great songs! Ikily and anti romantic were on loop for days but it had some skips like the puma, frost and ice cream. Eternity was better but still enjoyable

    This is the best album by far this year. Txt has always been experimenting with music since their debut, they never stuck with typical dark music that people think is essential for a group. Txt songs when you hear might sound happy but once you read the lyrics you’ll be shocked of their deep lyrics.

    My 1st day listen I would give this 8.5/10 because ice cream and what if i had been that puma were not my typical genre i would like to listen but it's funny that they become my top fav lately. anti romantic and 0X1 love song are really strong opening songs 10/10 right away, magic is best english song from kpop group for me, unfortunately they don't gain the hype they deserve (but it will be in near future mark my word), no rules is not my cup of tea (i prefer new rules from their magic album) but when it's played i won't skip it and jam to it, dear sputnik and frost are amazing ending, i think my complain will be i need more tracks cuz frost makes me want to listen more from them. They exceed my expectations with this comeback. In the past i questioned whether bighit did the right thing making these 5 boys debut together but now I see them as strong contender in kpop industry, they bring freshness and excitement what they will do next because they can do everything. Not to mention, they don't need to have rap parts in every songs because they are versatile and experimental.
    It's been 5 weeks and 0X1 lovesong is definitely the best kpop comeback this year so far, their album 10/10 is not exaggerated. I hope more will give a chance to check them because they definitely will make your day better.    … Expand

    one of the best albums i have ever heard..... each song in it is so musically and vocally diverse and the production and vocals are very very good. the production on dear sputnik has to be one of my favorites. 10/10 amazing on repeat

    The guys have already shown their talents with every album they work on, but Freeze was certainly a leap in their potential. I love that they get more involved in songwriting and production, it shows that their priority is to grow professionally as artists and not just pigeonhole themselves as an 'Idol Group'.

    i personally think this album is the best kpop album out there this year, it gives off that nostalgic sentimental feeling of the summer.. its an album that anyone would ask for especially the tracks "dear sputnik", "0x1=lovesong", & "anti-romantic" its just PERFECT.

    I love this. TXT just proved again that they're brilliant all-rounders. They can pull off any genre and this album just proved it. May it be angsty rock, smooth ballads, or heart-wrenching pops. I look forward to more TXT albums in the future.

    As someone who recently got into kpop, I am surprised by the varied sound of the Chaos Chapter: Freeze. The album is rich in the genres, and all the songs are good to listen to. I have never enjoyed Kpop this much until this album!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. TXT always produces amazing music every comeback. This album is a masterpiece itself, no skips with various song vibes and genre in an album. "Anti-romantic" is especially impressive with its simple beat but lyrics that hits straight to the heart. The title track itself, "0X1=LOVESONG" gives off desperate feels about love with raspy voices and a beautifully emotional song as a whole. "No rules" is an bright cheerful upbeat song that gives an instant serotonin boost. "Ice cream" is a good example of the few tracks which has an upbeat pop genre with lyrics which are creepy and mischievous. Despite being Korean artists, they successfully pulled off the song "Magic" and performed on huge American TV shows. My personal favorite is "What If I Had Been That Puma", very sexy of a song, this overautotuned song is very poppy and hits every beat perfectly, especially the rap parts. "Dear Sputnik", produced by a 19 year old boy, Huening Kai Kamal, is very amazing and gives happy concert vibes. This song is perfect to be performed in concerts. "Frost" is one of the very few songs which has such genres. The voices in the song gives very angst vibes and the angry emotions can be felt through the song. The lyrics are also amazingly artistic and angry. Overall, this is the best album with the best songs I've ever heard in my life. TXT never misses, they truly are the future of the music industry.… Expand
