    I listened to it from beginning to end for five times today and 2 times yesterday ... Without emotions, without any conclusions, I turn it on again and again, as if I missed something or didn’t hear it, but with a clear desire to listen again. .. I don’t know what kind of magic it is ... The rhythms of drum machines and the muffled sounds of synthesizers, like ghostly lights, flickerI listened to it from beginning to end for five times today and 2 times yesterday ... Music and voice seem to fascinate and live their own lives in your own body.

    While this scrappier, DIY vibe feels like a natural fit for HTRK, Venus In Leo lacks some of the depth and mystery that makes their music so powerful. ... Still, HTRK create something their fans will never tire of: a dark, sensual, poetic languor that's theirs alone. Venus In Leo delivers a welcome fresh take on that sound.

    It’s clear that with Venus in Leo, HTRK have taken a step higher, using desolation to their advantage. With an eye for detail and fondness for obsessive downward spirals, they have made their first album in five years comfortably fitting of their sensual and aching mystiques.
