Mar 24, 2023It's a fun album, a nice combination of all of Slipknot's music. Some real bangers on there, others are ehh but listenable. It's sometimes feels like it's going on too long. But nonetheless the songs I really like, I really like. So still gives the album a boost!

Jan 26, 2023Hello, this is a default review because i'm forced to use 75 characters. I'll edit this review in the future talking about the game, don't worry ;)
My final rate is: 10 -
Oct 12, 2022I love this album so much,is one of my favorites from slipknot without a doubt
-
Jul 4, 2022Anybody who doesnt get goosebumps while listening to the, filled with rage riffs and the perfect combination of noises and atmosphere provided by this album, just has a very pretentious approach to possibly most music they listen to. If this is you, definitely consider enjoying instead of hating.
-

May 18, 2021I was hoping for more than this, Nero Forte and Unsainted are really good but all the other songs kinda just mixed together, they weren’t bad but also nothing special. Excited for their new album that they have been teasing though.

Aug 21, 2020This album encompass all the best bits from Slipknots' earlier work. It gots the chaos and rawness of ST and Iowa, the emotion of Vol 3 and All Hope is Gone and the musical technicality of vol 5. Every song stands out and it will be difficult for Slipknot to release a better album than this one.

-
Dec 24, 2019Raw,brutal and at the same time beautiful and carefully crafted. This is Slipknot at their prime.
-
Dec 18, 2019This album is truly brilliant, its hard to stand out in what has been a fantastic year for metal. This album I gave a score of 10 and still struggled to put it in my Top 5 albums of 2019. You just knew as soon as Unsainted was released that this album was going to be a fantastic album and it was. The usual mixture of fantastic ballads and brutal vocals continues to impress.

Nov 10, 2019This album is a culmination of what makes Slipknot an iconic metal band. After many, many listens I conclude it is a genuine masterpiece. There are so many incredibly songs that remind me of why I fell in love with Slipknot to begin with while still bringing something entirely new to the table.

Oct 23, 2019Not all of the songs are same good quality, still deserves it's attention and mention among 2019's metal greatest
-
Aug 9, 2019This is Slipknot at their absolute peak in every facet. It has all the elements that made their early work so great and so much more. This album deep and you will undoubtedly pick up something new with every listen. Like any masterful piece of art it's composition can't be summed up into words.
-
Sep 17, 2019Amazing Masterpiece!!! My Favorite album after Self-Titled! In podcast on Spotify, Clown said everything i wanted to. I can just say go and buy it!

Sep 15, 2019This album is amazing, it's like you are in a movie with the history of Slipknot, in some moments your fell like you is listening a bit of Iowa and Self-titled, but att the same time you fill some Recent Slipknot vibes.
-
Sep 14, 2019A beautiful revival of the Iowa era in a new and experimental way. Slipknot proves to be timeless once again.

Sep 11, 2019This album is great. Better than Iowa and Self-Titled imo. The diversity between the songs is something you can't beat.
-
Sep 7, 2019Didn't expect anything less, slipknot is still strong as ever, songs are heavy in lyrics and melody
this masterpiece is an amazing combination of experience, emotion and hard work
nice job slipknot m/ -

Sep 6, 2019One of the best Slipknot albums in my opinion. Somehow the songs are both aggressive yet melodic at the same time. I definitely recommend this to any metal fan.

Aug 21, 2019In my opinion this is the best album made by slipknot, it is so good all the songs are so fantastic
-
Aug 20, 2019From start to finish this album is a solid listen with only a couple of tracks (Spiders, mostly) that seem to break the flow of pure adrenaline. I've listened to this album several times through and I am looking forward to my next listen.

Aug 17, 2019Such an epic album. Their best one. I only want a fan of the interludes so I gave it a 9 instead of 10. Best album I’ve heard in a few years actually and I have it on repeat:)
-
Aug 16, 2019Although some guitar, sample and keyboard layers and a slight signal of maturity, it's still a kind of sound that you can wait came from Slipknot.

Aug 14, 2019A brilliant album. A perfect amalgamation of everything slipknot have done over the years. Their experience and emotions all coming together in an album that is fitting for the current climate of the world. I have been a fan since 1999, I have struggled with some of their experimental work and stayed the course. I’m glad I have because this is rapidly becoming my favourite album of Slipknots.
-
Aug 14, 2019One of the best albums so far heavy, dark, and very well produced im a fan of slipknot since they first album and this is a masterpiece every fan of slipknot should be proud of them. Congratz and enjoy the music life its to short. PEACE

Aug 13, 2019Simply amazing. It has IOWA moments but it;s not just a IOWA 2.0. From a total of 11 songs (14 but we excluded the 3 filler songs) 9 are very very good and i'd actively listen to, the other 2 are the pure clean vocal emotion songs - great but won't listen very often.

Aug 13, 2019Solway firth makes me headbanging also while sleeping.
Perfect album.
Not an hardcore slipknot fan but this album simply rocks. -
Aug 13, 2019Solid album! While a return to roots of sorts, it's also completely new and different than any other slipknot album. Love the brutality of Solway Firth.
-
Aug 12, 2019A Slipknot Record that is so new and fresh after all this years, it takes a lot of brave to leave the save corridor and release a record like this. Every Song brings new ways and more dynamic. For all the haters, its no talent to ram every note with factor 1000, dynamic in tempo, heavyness and this great sound is just a masterpiece. A new Iowa next to the Codename Orange Release last year.
-
Aug 12, 2019Absolutely brilliant! Best since Vol 3, or even Iowa. Massive, strong, full of energy.
-
Aug 12, 2019Better than vol 3 and .5! A great listen, slipknot of old and slipknot of new all in one. Corey's vocals get better and better.
-
Aug 11, 2019
-
Aug 11, 2019Constant tension, the imposition of grandiose darkness. Excellent balance between heaviness and melodiousness. The album brings something new but with a recognizable style.
-
Aug 11, 2019This is Slipknot's strongest album in quite some time. I personally didn't enjoy The Gray Chapter. This album perfectly fits between Self-Titled and Vol3 with slight hints of IOWA.
Most of the songs are perfect! And songs like Spiders are very catchy. Might give a few Stone sour hints. -

Aug 9, 2019While I felt that .5 was a rare misstep by Slipknot, they are now back in full force, full swing, full angst, sounding as great as ever. We Are Not Your Kind is a glorious kick in the teeth that manages to both look backwards at their back catalogue and look forward to new and better things.
-
Aug 10, 201910/10 album. Mixture of Iowa and Vol 3. A must listen to all rock fans around the world. This album will kick your f*cking ass.
-
Aug 10, 2019One word to describe this album; Different. I’m glad that after 20 years an artist can remain true to themselves and their sound while progressing enough to take risks.
-
Aug 10, 2019**** AWESOME album. corey taylor's voice is still impressive. the most badass songs: orphan, a liar's funeral, solway firth, unsainted, not long for this world, nero forte

Aug 10, 2019Corey is god, альбом очень понравился, все песни кроме deth because deth, теаепь мой 1 из любимых
-
Aug 10, 2019Mix the creepiness of the Self-Titled, the heaviness of Iowa, the experimentation of Vol.3, the catchy chorus of All Hope Is Gone and the atmosphere of The Grey Chapter and you get We Are Not Your Kind. Slipknot at it's best.
-
Aug 10, 2019It’s like what they wanted Vol. 3 to be; Experimental and heavy but... matured. It’s their best album because it does everything very well. It’s not singularly heavy or singularly melodic, it mixes both perfectly.
-
Aug 9, 2019Great album. August will be a great month for music.
-
Aug 9, 2019
-
Aug 9, 2019Очень интересный альбом, этот коллектив один из немногих, кто старается экспериментировать с музыкой при этом не теряет свою харизму со времен одноименника. Порадовало большое количество чистого вокала от Кори.
-
Aug 9, 2019Absolutely amazing album. It’s up there with Iowa and ST in my opinion. 100% must buy for anyone that calls themself a maggot.
-
Aug 9, 2019So good. Corey's voice is back in form. Saw him live a week ago in Knotfest. I'll Never forget that night!
-
Aug 9, 2019Their greatest album since Vol. 3
Everything on this album is better than what we saw on they Gray Chapter -
Aug 9, 2019Without a doubt Slipknot's best album and in my opinion, about as perfect as an album can reasonably get. Every single track is worth multiple listens, and that's more than I can say for most records in the sea of mediocrity that is the modern metal scene.
-
Aug 9, 2019This album is a testament to having a vision and seeing that vision through. It contains the “Alice in Chains” influences while meeting the Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” experimentation and conceptual writing. This is a legacy-writing piece of art.
-
Aug 9, 2019Possibly one of their best. Relentless drum bashing metal brilliance from start to finish

Aug 9, 2019I lovr this album. This is grown, artistic Slipknot, with elements from earlier albums all the way to the reality of the band at present, as well as future experimental leanings. This is art, period!

Aug 9, 2019An amazing album to cater to the old fans while bringing in new ones. Filled with so much emotion and energy you'll be head banging all the way through.
-

Aug 9, 2019Without a doubt, Slipknot's best work since Iowa. A combination of Iowa and the best parts of Vol. 3, with plenty of experimentation.
-
Aug 9, 2019This album is just awsome. Great and heavy riffs, catchy chorus, samples like vol 3 , just great . For me are the best songs Solway Firth , Unsainted , Red Flag and Liar Funeral.
-

Aug 9, 2019Absolutely breathtaking. This band has fully delivered on every level. A feat of the best album in their discography is something I never thought would happen. Each song is unique in its own way. The atmosphere of "Slipknot" is fully earned here. If they stopped here, I would be content.
-
Aug 9, 2019We Are Not Your Kind is simply the greatest sensory experience of Slipknot and Nu Metal.

Aug 9, 2019Slipknot aways can do heavy metal: Solway Firth, Birth of the Cruel and Nero Forte show this. but this time they bring us with everything we want and a lot of thing that we dont know we want. Just amazing.
