Pure, simple and sweet synthpop/electronic music. One of my favorite pop albuns of 2018 so far.
Closing track "Getaway" is a simple masterpiece, kinda reminds me of robyn/carly rae somehow. Dreaming of listening live. Great job!

'Young Romance' is not an immediate record like 'Roosevelt', but that's not a bad thing. It takes its time to find its legs, but once it does, it becomes this amazing summer album perfect for the outdoors, singing in the shower, running, walking in the sunset, falling in and out of love.

On his sophomore LP Young Romance, Roosevelt, whose real name is Marius Lauber, never recaptures the effortless perfection of "Fever". But, he tries, and trying, for a producer-musician as gifted as Lauber, goes a long way.

In general, Young Romance is a record that wears its influences plainly on its pulsating sleeves. It may not astound you, but like a pleasant day by the pool, it’s more than pleasant enough to be worth it.

Although there's nothing groundbreaking on this album, Young Romance is warm and pleasant from start to finish, ideal for sun-kissed afternoons and carefree nights.
