    Um dos álbuns que mais grita "Pop" na discografia da Taylor. Tem boas músicas mas vai de uma forma bem decrescente de qualidade, parece que ela ficou tanto tempo trabalhando pelas 16 músicas que quando chegou no finalzinho, a preguiça falou mais alto e ela jogou o que deu. 'Blank Space', 'Out of the Woods', 'Wildest Dream' são faixas que ilustram bem essa fase da Taylor.

    1989 Sets Swift as a major pop-star. Everything inside the record feels perfectly crafted , and has Antonoff's mark all over it's production. The result?, a solid record that rebuilt pop music with almost none contemporary references. 1989 is the beginning of Pop-Taylor. Same storytelling mixed with the best production the pop genre has seen in a while .

    WOW, this is the true concept of pop. this is something amazing, true pop lyrics that talk about being young and living in the moment. sounds are perfect. Literally, if someone asked me what the genre pop is, I would show them this album.

    The sound brings a very popular pop on radios, but ended up bringing a new artist to pop and what was promised by Taylor herself was fulfilled. I was impressed, as she brought versality and still with its essence of great tracks and compositions. Melodies, voice and production become impeccable.     Swift’s best produced, most cohesive and fun pop record. The tracks that stand out the most I’d like to highlight ‘I Know Places’ and ‘New Romantics’, as well as ‘You Are In Love’.

    Pop masterpiece! 1989 is that album! I love the singles and i love the tracks. Blank space is one of the most clever songs Taylor ever wrote. Clean, wildest dreams and i know places are amazing. The esthetics of the album are wonderful. Everything is perfect. The success was well deserved. 1989 is the pop-bible of the century!

    It’s just pure pop perfection. From the synths to the beats. Swift never disappoints with her masterpiece lyrics such as Clean, Blank Space and New Romantics.

    This album is the pop perfection of the decade of 2010s and it is the Thriller (Michael Jackson's album) of the 2010s, as a lot of critics said. I love the melody, love the catchy beats, love the lyrics. In this album, she talks all about her feelings, her love, her sadness (in track "Clean"), LGBT rights (in track "Welcome to New York"), her confidence (in tracks like "Shake It Off", "NewThis album is the pop perfection of the decade of 2010s and it is the Thriller (Michael Jackson's album) of the 2010s, as a lot of critics said. I love the melody, love the catchy beats, love the lyrics.     With 1989 she has succeeded in leveraging the most cordial and familiar of pop music outpourings to something that feels like a statement, a work of note and the sinew of some kind of emotional connective tissue–binding tastemakers, rock critics, guys I work with and my 12 year old cousin; irrevocably and unexpectedly.
