TomL.Apr 29, 2002The best album I have purchased in 2002. Sounds so amazing loud. You need to listen to it many times to catch everything. Unreal they could do this 22 years after their first album.

MilkyWayJul 10, 2007I think"After everything now this"is one of the best achievements by The Church. The music sounds incredibly fresh and every track has different mood.My personal favourites are the title song,Radiance,Chromium, song for the asking. The Church are masters of melancholy and mood. The songs are intriguing but accesible at the same time.

ResonanceQuintessential Church, imbued with an ethereal beauty that characterizes the best of their work.... However, nearly every song runs too long. [#34, p.61]
-
Sounds utterly contemporary even as it harks to the band's glory days.
-
Their strongest effort since their strong run in the mid/late-'80s.
