    AAF by AAF is a smart, fierce record. The band is alive again, trying new things and perfecting the old tricks. It's a welcome and long-awaited addition to my collection.

    There's nothing on the album that's going to suddenly turn them into queen bees again, but Alien Ant Farm here prove themselves to be an enterprise running on more than just the fumes of nostalgia. [14 Mar 2015, p.53]

    If there's a scattershot quality to Always and Forever, that seems partially due to the band just dumping a decade's worth of ideas. Either way, it's their liveliest record and possibly their most interesting to boot.

    AAF spread all their goodies out over these tracks with the rest of the album lacking energy. Sad to say, the other tracks feel drab and don't translate well at all.
