    Lana del Rey se supera em cada álbum. Mesmo depois de um poderoso Norman **** Rockwell, considerado um auge por muitos, a artista ainda consegue renovar sua musicalidade mesclando estilos de álbuns antigos de forma coesa.

    Captivating as ever. Some song's don't reach as high (emotionally) as others, but the saving graces of the album are; thunder, dealer, cherry blossom and beautiful.
    Another complex and wonderful album from the most talented songwriter of the 21st century.

    Lana narrates a story that empowers any fan that struggles with the reality of stifling ones true self for the sake of being 'accepted'. Blue Banisters, one might say, is an album Lana has been making her entire career, what with some of the songs recorded as long ago as 2013. Truly an experience, living the life of a living legend.

    After a first listen I still can't believe she outdid herself again, but I shouldn't be surprised since we're talking about Lana Del Rey here ! This album is so cohesive and well written but with a new side of her such as in "Dealer" where we can hear a whole new Lana that we never heard before, her vocal performance on this album is such a refreshment. My favorite tracks are the followingAfter a first listen I still can't believe she outdid herself again, but I shouldn't be surprised since we're talking about Lana Del Rey here ! This album is so cohesive and well written but with a new side of her such as in "Dealer" where we can hear a whole new Lana that we never heard before, her vocal performance on this album is such a refreshment.     This album are a truly full experience. THIS is how Lana Del Rey sounds like. That glamorous melancholy that makes the world stop for a four minute song. Don't have enough words for this, but: This is art. And, Lana Del Rey is doing this better than anyone.

    Not surprised by the 10s from all the fans, but every listener will hear that this is far from her prime. It has more emotions than her previous two albums. The lyrics are very private, but so mundane at the same time that you fail to relate to it. Listening to Blue Banisters is like a watching a home movie from Lana Del Rey. It's beautiful to look at but at the same time misses concept,Not surprised by the 10s from all the fans, but every listener will hear that this is far from her prime. It has more emotions than her previous two albums. The lyrics are very private, but so mundane at the same time that you fail to relate to it. Listening to Blue Banisters is like a watching a home movie from Lana Del Rey. It's beautiful to look at but at the same time misses concept, depth and the atmosphere that del rey is famous for.

    Visually the album doesn't have much to offer either. An underexposed cover and "music videos" shot on her iphone where she is sitting in the garden with her friends for 4 minutes.    … Expand

    Not what I was expecting... But I mean, it doesn't surprise me either. Lana would never disappoint me. It wasn't what I expected, cause this is just beyond than anything i could ever seen coming.

    Only Lana Del Rey could ever put 1 minute 15 second trap interlude in between piano ballads. But songs like Living Legend, Thunder, Dealer where she use her voice in a way never heard before is mesmerising. This album is definitely a career highlight.

    Ambitious, raw, and rare. Some of Lana’s best work to date. Listen to this one with an open mind and you’re sure to feel it transcend through time. A true classic record. Standout tracks are Black Bathing Suit, If You Lie Down With Me, Dealer, Beautiful, Living Legend, Sweet Carolina.

    This album truly lacks creativity and overall concept. Del Rey gave up on her own project, and decided to substitute half of it with old demo songs from the attic. The new songs truly are soaked in what’s left of her inspirations, which is not much. After listening, I truly hope she takes a 5 year hiatus to focus on writing and true craftsmanship.     While the days of Born to Die have long since passed, Lana Del Rey is still seeking paradise, closer now than ever as she turns her search inward, seemingly recognizing that paradise is ultimately found within the best of oneself. Still, if there is indeed a physical Arcadia to be revealed, it has not emerged in its entirety on Blue Banisters. That said, its intoxicating hints are enough to keep seekers thirsty.
