    Camila is actually a really catchy, thoughtful and pulling album. Immediately in the first song her vocals made my head blow up especially during the pre-chorus, and for the whole album her voice is seriously shining. Every now and then the album stops to just be energetic and have fun like the song "Havana", but then there are also songs like "Consequences" and "I Have Questions" that areCamila is actually a really catchy, thoughtful and pulling album. Immediately in the first song her vocals made my head blow up especially during the pre-chorus, and for the whole album her voice is seriously shining. Every now and then the album stops to just be energetic and have fun like the song "Havana", but then there are also songs like "Consequences" and "I Have Questions" that are more emotional and tell an actual story and have a more sad and slower tune in the background. It was interesting to hear all these different emotions in such a brief album and even when the lyrics definitely weren't amazing, her excellent voice kept the songs going. Though it's not a perfect album. Some melodies get a bit samey and there's the song "Inside Out" that aside from the warm tropical vibe in the background, has a stupid piano melody that gave me Dora the Explorer flashbacks. Luckily that's the only truly annoying song and the album picks up again after it. Overall there's a ton to like here and for a debut album this is a great success!     I love how the album is so representative of hers, with the latin vibes and her name being credited on the composition of every song. Her vocals stand out so well on the songs and they carry so many emotion. A great debut album. i expect even more quality in the future.

    Although Camila doesn't have a special voice, if she has a very good vocal modulation technique, she shows it here. I must admit that each song is good in its own way, each has its essence, none is repetitive. It has some deep lyrics an it's a very good debut album. I just don't like the choice of that song as second single, there are better songs, and not    "I enjoyed hearing this album"

    This album is literally a masterpiece. Every song makes you feel different emotions. There is songs that will make you want to get up and dance. And songs that will make you so emotional. Her song writing ability shows in this album. Her vocals is the best in the album. The instrumentals. Just everything about this album is amazing. A 10/10 debut album. My pop princess.

There aren't any generic pop songs, and by that I mean every track sounds directly personal to her, and I can tell that she means every single word.     Camila served us with great lyrics and vocals. A very good album with no fillers, that goes beyond the smash hit Havana. My favorite one is Something's Gotta Give, but I think She Loves Control has everything to be also a huge hit.

    Incredible debut album. Every song manages to stand strong on it's own, their's not a single week spot on the album. Camila kills and this debut is nearly perfection. Can't wait to see where Cabello goes from here.

    So many minor nuances in each song really bring the record to a full overall piece. The album truly brings out the effectiveness of subtlety. Very enjoyable also from the lyrical content minus perhaps inside out.

    This album connect teenagers with adults, mixing modern urban sounds with retro pop/back to basics taste. Smart and relatable lyrics, latin accent (probably future bops) but heartbreaking ballads (probably some bop too) and her always particular signed voice and vocals that makes her unique. Not a single song that you want to skip. BRAVO!

    A cohesive album that still gives you plenty of diverse and different flavours! This album was worth my every penny, the production is A level, works masterfully with Camila's voice, which sounds incredible in this whole record. Camila Cabello is honest, open and genuine, her lyrics are intelligent and sensible, her melodies are crazy good. This is a beautiful album!

    When I started to think of a possible con, I thought the album could have been longer but upon further reflection, The 10 songs on 'CAMILA' are so cohesive. I'm glad the tracklist is void of filler songs. Each song is unique and reveals a different layer of the artist's experience with the assistance of captivating production. I know it is early 2018 but I believe 'CAMILA' will be one of the best albums of this year and will have longevity instead of simply being a trendy record that comes and disappears from public interest.

    I would definitely encourage someone who is thinking about checking out this album to purchase 'CAMILA'. I hope a deluxe version of this album is released at some point. I would love to hear more.    … Expand

    this album has exceeded my expectations, just by hearing her voice you can feel like she's touching your heart with every song. she makes you want to dance a lot, want to interminably cry, she gives you so many emotions and i think that's just able for people who have real talent. please Camila, keep making more music, i'll be looking forward you always !!

    This album is something else! I really enjoy listening to it. First of all AMAZING vocals, like that girl can sing! Then every song is beautifully written and the whole thing is totally diversified, from emo songs to actual bops! Definitely well done and I love it.

    It's a very coercive album, well distributed is only a half hour length but it captured attention from the first minute till the last. The album surely shows Cabello's versatility with genres also as an unique vocalist.

    it just impact me how incredible lyricist camila is, Ryan Tedder wasn't laying. The sounds are so good, her vocals amazed me and the fact that she wrote on every song makes it even better, for a debut album this is AMAZING.

    I was surprised listening to the album, I am very impressed. I can tell she really worked hard and put her all into it and the fact that she wrote the lyrics herself is also very impressive. I hope she makes it big one day!

    When news broke out that Camila was going solo I didn't really care, for I hadn't cared much for Fifth Harmony in the first place and figured she was just another wanna be who'd disappear after a year or two. But, wow, did she prove me wrong. I truly think she is on her way to be the next biggest pop superstar. This is by far one of, if not the best, debut albums I have ever heard.     Camila was right. Every song is single worthy. I love each one. What stands out is that every lyric was written by her. All the feelings and emotions are provided in this album, and by listening to it, we can understand what she was going through. But it's also very relatable.

    Not that great. You know... there are like 5 or 6 songs that really worth it, but the rest is just... meh. I was expecting something bigger, but I'm very disappointed. Hope she improves herself on her next album.

    Solid for a debut album. Shes got a lot of potential so hopefully her 2nd solo album will be better. My favourites are: Never be the same, Havana, Consequence, Into It and Something's gotta give... the rest do kind of feel like fillers. Overall, I'm very proud of her.

    From pop rock influenced Never Be The Same to cry-your-heart-out ballad Consequences, "Camila" proves that she has so much more than one would expect from an ex member of a girl group. Although this album has some questionable production choices, it's a lyrical paradise and shows what Cabello is capable of creating in the future.

    this album honestly screams emotions and raw energy. her number one talent has got to be her ability to make people feel what she felt while singing the songs and that's not something too many people can do. the creativity and artistry in this album can't be properly articulated. words can't do the way the songs make people feel any proper justice. i am so here for this, i am stanning forever

    “Never Be the Same” proves that Cabello doesn’t need a mammoth voice. The love-is-a-drug lyric she’s singing is dumb, but she sells it so joyfully that you don’t even notice, and its wonderfully breathy, high-register hook ensures “Havana” won’t be her last solo hit.
