Jul 18, 2018I buried this band long time ago and then, BAM!, Hammer Of The Witches stikes back, and I realized that band is on their second breath...And then they gave on of the best deal ever, at least since Cruelty And The Beast!!
Hooray!

Sep 22, 2017Best work since Damnation and a day, this album erase then 4 previous ones, and give high hopes for the coming ones...If they manage to keep the actual guitarists, they really saved the band.

Sep 23, 2017I've been a fan of Cradle of Filth for years, they really are one of my favourite bands. Over the years, though their work had waned a bit, I still listened to them. When they released Hammer of the Witches though it was a welcome return to form, and now with Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness of Decay they've built on that again. It really is fantastic!

Sep 22, 2017Cryptoriana – The Seductiveness of Decay does everything its predecessor did right, but better, and with more style, flair, and conviction.

Kerrang!Sep 20, 2017Cradle Of Filth have created a gothic horror that makes Mary Shelley's Frankenstein look like The Emoji Movie. [23 Sep 2017, p.52]

Sep 20, 2017As a whole, Cryptoriana: The Seductiveness of Decay is a welcome step further ahead from Hammer of the Witches in its force and economy, and even with its missteps it's a stronger album for it.
