    In three years the evolution of Ariana has been amazing, Dangerous Woman is definitely one of their best work and clearly is above 'singers' like Selena Gomez and others. This album shows a more mature and daring side, not to mention knew perfectly exploit their vocal range, a perfect album, no doubt.

    In this album Ariana decided to create some great vocal masterpieces than some generic music that will be on the radio for month and then die, Ariana seems to care about the quality of her music rather than sales but getting her first number one debut in the UK and outselling her past albums is a definitely an accomplishment that she should be proud of!

I hope that this album will get her more success then she has already achieved. The vocals are slaying this album and also half of the singers in the music business right now.

    Production,lyrics, vocals : on point
    Deserved a Grammy but the competition was pretty tough in 2016.
    I can't decide if this is her best album (My Everything still has a special place in my heart) but damn this album is good!

    Undoubtedly this is the best record she has done. Every single song from this album has its own magic and also there can be found a variety of music styles which makes this album DIVERSE!.     This is definitely her best album to date. Out of the album's expansive 15 song tracklist, there is not one bad song. That is something very hard to do but Ari proves her artistry, and especially her voice, exceptionally on this album.

    My first listening of this album truly was a holy experience, like a pop baptism in the waters of Ariana's immaculate artistry. Never before have I been touched in such a way by an album. Ariana Grande is truly one of the great artists of this generation.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I totally love seeing Ariana Grande at the top of the charts, such a talented singer and interesting artist. Ultimately it's a step forward when it comes about body of work on an album, than My Everything, which is full of hits but not much solid concept as Dangerous Woman. I knew that the title track released as a single was such a bold move, that song is like a disruptor for a young artist's career. I also knew it was being under-appreciated, I think Ariana Grande will be remembered because of "Dangerous Woman". The song still stands out on its own album and seeing how positive reaction the album is receiving, that song is monster. If the songs catches up some more, we're gonna "be alright". That song is too short, what I like the most about that song is that it has choreography already.
    "Let Me Love You" ft. Lil Wayne is such a jam, wow, it has the best bass and Ariana sings super soft, overlaying it at the same time with her deep register, Wayne's verse got some style. What would be of that song without "she grinding on this Grande"? And that song is not even Explicit unlike 4 others. I don't really love "Everyday" ft. Future, it's too loud and distorted. "Side to Side" ft. Nicki Minaj, the mega jam of the album, the bass kills it again, reggae joice. Other hyped up songs are "Into You", next official single and "Greedy", which is an upbeat catchy funky song, of which Ariana Grande has had hits with those kind of songs. It could be a single. "Bad Decisions" is another upbeat R&B tune which has peculiar meaning for Ariana's life.
    On the other part of the album we find toned down songs but no less special or forgettable, "Moonlight" is a peculiar type of ballad song that Ariana has been owning on her previous albums. "Leave Me Lonely" ft. Macy Gray, you are not gonna believe it but the first LIVE version of the song Ariana performed is better than the studio version. It's a very different type of song for Ariana Grande, I appreciate it. The song "Sometimes" has acoustic guitar and nice lyrics, I like it. I actually love "I Don't Care" so chill but the instrumentation is awesome, great feeling. "Touch It" and "Thinking Bout You" are two songs where she sings the hell out of, I like the first one better, the ending is pure bliss. And "Knew Better/Forever Boy", to not make the album any longer than 15 songs, an hybrid ended up in the setlist.
    The album is impressive, so diverse and no kiddie bop in sight and the songs don't sound the same each other at all. That is not the case of this album. And for the same, please don't try to say she hasn't figured out "what type of artist she is". Other than all of that, I really wish she succeeds with her singles AND the album. All the best for Ariana Grande, the one who makes me listen to mainstream music. Her talent is worth it.    … Expand

    This is some of Ariana's best work yet. There a little something for everybody to enjoy in this album. The production on this album is outstanding! A little touch of reggae, a sprinkle of soul, and a dash of funk adds to a recipe that creates this masterpiece!

    There is always room for improvement but this album slays! 'Leave Me Lonely' left me speechless along with 'Moonlight'. I feel like Ariana needs to put out more soulful songs like those 2 songs to get a 10/10 from me. I can't wait to see how Ariana will be able to evolve as an artist in the future. She's doing very well.

She presents a very mature album with all of the right RnB traits that her fans want (alongside the pop she has become associated with) This move in the right direction offers a very promising outlook for her future career.

    This is, by far, Ariana's best album. From the rock influences in "Dangerous Woman" to dance songs like "Be Alright" and "Greedy", she shows her best side. In "Let Me Love You", she uses her vocals in a soft and sexy way. One of the bests of the album" Amazing album, overall.

    Ariana has outdone herself big time with this album. A big improvement from her first LPs, "Yours Truly" and "My Everything". There isn't one song that I can't say is bad! Her vocals enunciation, quality has impreoved a lot and this album is a big example of that. Great Pop music is back and Ariana is the one to blame, congratulations! A 10/10 for me.

    Moonlight is the opening track which provides the perfect transition from My Everything to this new record. With the snaps found throughout the whole song to the bass guitar playing during the chorus where she belts "I never knew you could hold moonlight in your hands til i held you."
    All the tracks to follow including the title track "Dangerous Woman" and others such as "Into You" "Sometimes" and "Bad Decisions" show the perfect example of songs that are radio friendly pop perfection while also having RnB undertones in the production.
    Out of the four featuring artists found on this album; Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Macy Gray and Future, It is clear that Ariana works best when working with other dangerous woman as "Side To Side" which features Nicki, and "Leave Me Lonely" which features Macy, are the best collaborations found on the record. "Side to Side" has a reggae vibe to it and the power ballad "Leave Me Lonely" shows exceptional use of violins.
    The closing track "Thinking Bout you" is probably the track that sticks out from all the others both sonically and lyrically, where Ariana admits that she's missing the unnamed person, the line "At least i have the memory," hits hard when coming after the bridge with her adlibs shining underneath her soft vocals and finally shows emotion that isn't present in the previous songs.

    This album has proven that Ariana has potential to be a long running artist who is here to stay and not just a hit making machine. I highly recommend this album to anyone who is interested in hearing a pop record that breaks many rules and takes dangerous risks.    … Expand

Em Dangerous Woman, o seu terceiro álbum em apenas três anos, Ariana atinge a sua maturidade artística com uma coleção, quase, perfeita da mais fina mistura de pop/R&B.

    Ainda é difícil acreditar que aquele jovem cantora/atriz que ficou conhecida devido a sua participação em uma série voltada ao público teen poderia se tornar em tão pouco tempo um dos maiores nomes do pop mundial. Acontece que Ariana trilhou um caminho impressionante: primeiro, veio o surpreendente muito bom debut Yours Truly em que "imitava" grandes nomes da música, logo em seguida a cantora se solidifica com a modernização da sua sonoridade com o bom My Everything e agora comprova o seu talento e evolução com essa perola pop chamada Dangerous Woman. A equação para esse resultado é até simples, mas extremamente complicada de se colocar em prática: a união do talento de Ariana com um excepcional gerenciamento de carreira. Tudo isso é visto nitidamente no novo trabalho e é o que dá o tom ao álbum.

    Em um ano com vários álbuns conceituais, Dangerous Woman segue a linha do bom velho álbum pop com faixas feitas para virarem singles e outras que estão lá apenas para "preencher" espaço. Todavia, não acredite que isso seja uma qualidade menor, pois a construção do álbum é um dos seus grandes triunfos. Existe uma fluência desde a primeira faixa até as últimas das versões especiais que transforma Dangerous Woman uma experiência agradável e cativante de se ouvir. Além disso, a produção acerta em continuar a investir na sonoridade que vem consagrando Ariana, mas com algumas adições importantes que fazem a total diferença na evolução da cantora.

    Nas mãos de relativamente poucos produtores, entre eles Max Martin, Dangerous Woman torna-se uma coleção certeira de faixas pop/R&B que trafegam entre as influências mais antigas e as contemporâneas de maneira sutil e harmônica. A atmosfera do trabalho resulta, então, em uma estética elegante, sexy sem ser vulgar e com batidas refinadas e de um amadurecimento gigantesco, mostrando o atual momento na vida de Ariana. Não imagine que por ser um álbum comercial Dangerous Woman irá conter músicas com acabamentos feitos apenas para ter apelo de vendas, pelo contrário, pois, além do cuidado visível com a instrumentalização, existe a preocupação em criar uma identidade para cada faixa. Flertando com reggae, gospel, hip hop e vários estilos de música eletrônica, a produção buscou entregar experiências novas para a sonoridade da cantora sem perder de vista o caminho percorrido pela cantora. As escolhas feitas para incrementar o álbum são outro fator de elogios.

    Ao total são quatro colaborações em Dangerous Woman e todas delas funcionam perfeitamente, apesar de não terem a mesma qualidade individual. Ao lado do rapper Future, Ariana entrega a sombria e sexy R&B/hip hop com toques de eletrônico Everyday. Em Let Me Love You, a surpresa fica por conta do R&B contemporâneo Let Me Love You com a presença de Lil Wayne que, apesar de continuar com todos os seus "tiques" irritantes, funciona muito bem. Agora, os outros momentos são dois dos melhores momentos do álbum: Side to Side com a Nicki Minaj e Leave Me Lonely com Macy Gray. Na terceira parceria com a rapper, Ariana entrega uma deliciosa mistura de pop com reggae que quebra expectativas com as escolhas inusitadas como, por exemplo, Ariana se mostrando mais sexual e Nicki não fazendo apenas um verso rap no meio, mas, na verdade, cantar uma parte da canção. Em Leave Me Lonely, uma poderosa e dramática soul music em que a participação marcante de Macy ajuda a criar uma canção avassaladora. Outra escolha importante é não dar Ariana uma "baladona" simplesmente para ela mostrar o seu poder vocal. A cantora pode fazer isso de outras maneiras como, por exemplo, mostrando a sua versatilidade em várias faixas. E nesse quesito, Ariana continua a ser a melhore cantora jovem da atualidade.

    These songs [“Greedy,” “Into You” and “Touch It”], which unite a strong persona--haughty, insatiable, a little manic, really into you--with a vivid pocket version of one style or another, are the core of a swift, heedless pop album, albeit one struggling to emerge from the false notes (“Dangerous Woman”) and rote 2016 obligations (Future) of what’s probably an executive-mandated bagginess.
