Oct 11, 2017I didn't understand what she wanted to prove with this album. It seems a bit forced. If she wanted to impress the criticism, it didn't work. she should've released it in the time of M.I.L.F. $

Oct 4, 2017Não é um álbum ruim, tem um sonoridade muito boa, algumas faixas não tão boas como qualquer outro álbum de qualquer artista tem ou teria, mas não é um excelente álbum, muitas falhas sendo visual .

Jul 9, 2022It's simple to say that Fergie is certainly not the best singer in the world, but Double Dutchess is an album that rely more on her almost-pro rapping skills rather than her raspy vocal talent. Hungry is her best rap song to date, with You Already Know and M.I.L.F.$ being two of my favourite songs of the 2010s. Double Dutchess definitely lacks an overall theme, and can be a bit muddled at times.

Oct 3, 2017It’s a strong start, though what follows is surreal--be it alluding to Pharoahe Monch (encouraging ladies to “rub your boobies”) or the jarring juxtaposition of hyperactive single MILF$ leading into a power ballad.

Oct 3, 2017Although the overall album lacks cohesion, Double Dutchess’ sonic diversity does remind you of Fergie’s versatility as a performer, one who spits, warbles, and belts all across the project. The only thing is, she brings little innovation or excitement to the many genres she channels.

Oct 3, 2017Fergie struggles to balance the new with the old throughout the album. Where Stefani’s raw confessionals helped distinguish This Is What the Truth Feels Like, though, Double Dutchess is stuck in the past.
