I got the songs "Love Comes" and "I Guess You're Right." I..Guess You're Right is o.k., but I love the song ~Love Comes~! I have no clue what it means, but it is very catchy and sweet!

Can't stop listening to this record. 2 songs are kind of weak, but the rest is typical Posies outstanding. They really deserve megastardom. Too bad for the rest of the world who have yet to hear anything of theirs.

The Posies always deliver. Amazing songwriting and accurate singing. These guts deserve more attention from the media. Their new album "Blood / Candy" (2010) is probably their best record since 1996's great "Amazing Disgrace".

  1. It's nice to have the Posies back in the studio again, but Every Kind of Light isn't the triumphant return fans might have hoped for.
  2. The time apart has made the Posies come back fiercer, louder and heavier.
  3. The band is now more of a collaborative project than a Jon Auer-and-Ken Stringfellow-with-hired-guns proposition, and it shows in the eloquence of the songs here.
