    I really like Like Crazy and this Face album, this album contains Jimin's story. This album is very interesting because the lyrics on each song really match the conditions that people are experiencing. Jimin is very creative and talented, his voice is very beautiful.     This is an amazing album. Jimin did a great job and in each song you can feel as if it also my story, it is an album with Jimin's personal feelings but it fills all the senses and each song is enjoyed from beginning to end. It's a masterpiece!

    Jimin's first solo effort showcases his range as an artist and the risks he took beyond his comfort zone. It's his personal story and yet relatable - the pain, loneliness, need to distract oneself, and the desire to break free. I've gone through the full album several times and can't get enough of his mellifluous voice. Letter is one of my favorites - it's definitely a comfort song, but IJimin's first solo effort showcases his range as an artist and the risks he took beyond his comfort zone. It's his personal story and yet relatable - the pain, loneliness, need to distract oneself, and the desire to break free. I've gone through the full album several times and can't get enough of his mellifluous voice. Letter is one of my favorites - it's definitely a comfort song, but I also like the rage in Set Me Free Pt. 2. Like Crazy is truly a bop and a song that I've been able to introduce to people who are not really into kpop. Face-Off and Alone are gems on their own as well. Overall, I am excited for his next albums and what further surprises he has in store for us -- including more of his amazing dance performances in the MVs.… Expand

Not one song is dull from the album. Vocal, melody and lyrics are perfectly well balanced. Since it is a debut album, it understandably shorter than a full LP album. There is a hidden song only can be listened goThis albums tells a story of the artist himself. Vocal, melody and lyrics are perfectly well balanced. Since it is a debut album, it understandably shorter than a full LP album.     Every time a member of BTS releases a solo project, I feel like we get to see a part of their souls. Jimin really put himself out there with this album. It's short but it has weight cause of how vulnerable he is. I feel for him and all he's been through, but I appreciate him willing to share his inner self with us.     Jimin never disappoints. This is such a good album and is only his debut, which is surprising in a very good way. I love it, i can't stop listening to it and also can't wait to hear the next music from him!

    You can see that Jimin really worked hard to produce this album. His struggles and his mental stealthiness are reflected in this album. The storytelling of his journey through his state during the pandemic are articulated beautifully.

    The first solo EP/album from Jimin does not disappoint. The EP is extremely cohesive from beginning to end, and is meant to be listened to in order for the full effect. There can be lots of interpretations of the album, but my favorite is the stages of grief, where Face-Off represents anger ("believing in people, it's all a terrible nightmare"), Interlude: Dive represents denial (you hearThe first solo EP/album from Jimin does not disappoint. There can be lots of interpretations of the album, but my favorite is the stages of grief, where Face-Off represents anger ("believing in people, it's all a terrible nightmare"), Interlude: Dive represents denial (you hear Jimin speaking over a crowd of people, and then hurried footsteps), Like Crazy represents bargaining ("don't save me, don't you try to save me" - probably one of the best song outros I've heard in awhile), Alone represents depression ("I feel like I'm losing myself slowly"), and Set Me Free represents acceptance ("I won't hide even if it hurts anymore). Each song has a unique sound and sonically rich. For instance, the way Jimin uses computer effects in Alone when he sings "day and night, fall and repeat," you feel the oppression of the repetitiveness of this life's emptiness. You truly feel the emotion of every word Jimin sings. In this context, the last song, Set Me Free, feels liberating, and the autotune is this song is used masterfully as a second voice in the song - you feel that there are two parts of Jimin battling it out: The autotuned "take no prisoners" voice, and the softer "real" voice, if you will.

    Every note, every lyric, every sound effect is well thought out. My only complaint is the brevity of the EP. But I look forward to anticipation to more work from an amazing artist.    … Expand

    I listened to the whole album right when it dropped, and let me tell you, I literally cried out on the street, on my way to work, and worse, I was walking then, so literally anyone could see my tear-streaked face. But it was so worth it, not waiting for later when I was home in the comfort of my room to listen to this, because I could not wait any more than that to finally get to know the songs he had been working on for such a special album.

    I believe the album was organized into such a way where he went from accepting love, looking within and then accepting themselves. It's hard to understand that you're loved by someone else, but it's even harder to be aware of your love for yourself, because we're always our harshest critic.Am glad he was able to put his emotion into it and everything he gone through and when I heard set me free prt2 now I know his free and as accepted himself and not trying to please anyone his happiness comes first PARK JIMIN i hope you will continue to be happy always and to work yourself too much to be perfect because as human we are not perfect I want you to know your album have me reason to see more to life I hope you continue to give us great album like this again.With just 6 songs in FACE you gave me the best album of the year    … Expand

    Park Jimin nos mostró que es capaz de crear diferentes estilos y ponerlos todos en un álbum pero sin hacerlo parecer raro, ES UNA GENIALIDAD.
    Las canciones están en orden estratégicamente y realmente si cambian los sentimientos conforme avanza el álbum. Todas las canciones son un arte distinto y hermoso. ♡

    Jimin really showed his versatility on this album. If you listen to it in order, he methodically paints a picture of how he was affected during Covid. The best part for me is hearing only his voice on successive songs. His voice is my favorite of all time, uniquely his and always outstanding.

    You know what I am a sucker for? Songs with clips of movie dialogues. It just sets the stage and that’s exactly what the main track LIKE CRAZY does. Jimin is phenomenal in his singing, and his voice is instantly recognizable.

    The thing that impresses me most about the album is the cohesive story the songs tell as you move through them in order from beginning to end. That being said, while Set Me Free Pt. 2 is the grand finale of this album, and Like Crazy of course topped the charts, my favorite song on the album is actually Face-Off. I could literally listen to that song on loop for years.

    "Face" album contains 6 main tracks and one hidden tract 'Letter'. These are all fantastic work by Jimin. It is an excellent album and shows a lot of efforts from Jimin.

    The album manages to encapsulate Jimin's raw emotions beautiful. It depicts anger,isolation escapism, avoidance and finally reconciliation at the end. Jimin clearly meant to tell his story while each track transitions seamlessly. The album expresses his torment beautifully but also ends on a hopeful note for a new beginning.

When I read the lyrics, I can feel the pain of his journey but at the same time relieved that he has grown so much as an artist through his years of journey.     Todo el álbum es arte, desde el concepto hasta las letras de las canciones, los instrumentos, el uso de herramientas de distosión de sonido y ni hablar del vocal de Jimin. Es tan agradable de oír que porvoca escucharlo todo el día. La canción principal es realmente pegadiza y estimulante. Un total 10/10, espero con ansias los próximas lanzamientos de Jimin como solista.

    This self reflective album is great. From the lyrics to the melodies, I found myself listening to the whole album. The story of the ebbs and flows of Jimin’s time during the pandemic is relatable.

    This album feels like accompanying Jimin to his catharsis. The production, the lyrics and the vocals all feel just right. A great example of this is the song Alone, it's really heartbreaking especially the background vocals. It's just an amazing job.

    This is very good album. Jimin’s voice sound good in every song. The lyrics are very heart touching as well. The production of each is song is different from another which makes this ep a must listen.

    Me encanta el álbum "Face" de Jimin, la letra, el ritmo, todo es maravilloso, Jimin tomo la decisión de contarnos atravez de su música sobre sus pensamientos, sentimientos y experiencias, realmente me encanta mucho "Face" gracias Jimin por tremenda obra de arte

    El mejor álbum que he escuchado, las canciones, las letras, la voz, etc, todo esta hermoso, me encantó Like Crazy la canción es muy mi tipo lo adoré, también me encantó Face-off aunque ame todo el álbum... Sin duda Jimin es uno de los artistas más completos en toda la industria

    This album is masterpiece. All songs are so good. Interestingly, it's the artist' debut album. I enjoy listening to this album so much, especially Face-off and Alone because I relate to the songs

    I heard about the album from Reddit and thought of giving it a listen since it's short. Always been fond of his voice, especially in Filter. I was impressed that he's tied together so many genres. Like synth-pop is my absolute favourite (the weekend is one of my heroes for this reason) and the title track Like Crazy got me on a tight grip. I can see the storytelling aspect and it's soI heard about the album from Reddit and thought of giving it a listen since it's short. Always been fond of his voice, especially in Filter. I was impressed that he's tied together so many genres. This album really is one masterpiece, each song can be released as a single they're that good plus it has one hidden song and gosh Jimin made me emotional it was such a beautiful song. I was honestly blown away when i first listened to Face top to bottom and yes I'll refer people to listen top to bottom once to experience the beautiful story telling, the creativity, the vocals, the instrumentals, the production, lyrics, composition everything is just top notch and the fact that jimin was involved in these processes as well just makes everything so much more precious. Give it a listen and you'll fall in love.… Expand

    While it’s a short EP, it doesn’t disappoint. If anything, he presents himself as a soloist with an unexpected sound for his high-pitched countertenor voice and very far from those earlier ballads we have heard from him.

    Its six tracks wrap all too quickly, and while it was specified that Jimin doesn’t consider this a full-length project, it does leave the listener craving more music in this vein somewhere down the road — it’s worth repeating that the energy of “Face-off” is one that he should consider chasing most of all.
