    I'm completely amazed by how much Louis has growth musically. This album feels really nostalgic, the melodies are sweet and the lyrics are fantastic. His best work until now!

    This album shows that Louis knows what he is doing after all and is very confident at the same time. There were a lot of songs on "Walls" that I liked, but on this album, there are more harder songs that I immediately fell in love with.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. you can clearly see the influence louis had on writing one direction songs, even though his style has changed and he got so much better over time, and his growth as both a songwriter and vocalist was astronomical. this is one of the few albums with no monotone songs, no boring songs, no song gets overshadowed by another and shoved to the back. all of them have relatable, almost poetic lyrics, the melodies are catchy without being overwhelming or too commercially oriented, louis released 16 songs on this record, and we got 16 absolute bangers on our hands, can’t wait to see what he has in store next… Expand

    I’m a new Louis fan and was intrigued after hearing out of my system, which I really like. The album did not disappoint! I enjoyed each song on the record. Special mention to written all over your face - wow! What a Great tune! I wish he had released that instead of bigger than me as he first single and that is my only negative of the entire album.

    When I heard the first song I already knew that i was going to love the álbum, it's perfect, probably the best album from Louis until now. Louis is a great songwriter, this we can't deny. The lyrics are as always Tomlinson’s main focus like in his debut album Walls but the growth shows in the production of each track. The sound is more bold this time around. Majority of the tracks leave a chill down your spine and make you want to dance around meanwhile vulnerable pieces like Chicago and Saturdays will make your heart weep. That’s the way love goes is a bittersweet eye opener that makes you want to give your mate a cuddle! All in all the growth shows and with this album, Louis Tomlinson outdid himself!     Captivating!! I felt that his voice is more mature and controlled. It is comfortable to listen and the desire to listen over and over again. Confidence and dedication are the words. It's impeccable, and once again Louis managed to exceed ALL my expectations. Huge evolution, both in career and in voice and confidence.

    It is amazing to see Louis experimenting with new sounds and making it seem as if he’s been making this kind of music for years, the growth artistically from Walls really is noticeable, and even though Walls was already a good album, I think Faith In The Future just shows and represents who Louis is a lot better. Congratulations on this album Louis, it is incredible.

    If anything, however, new album ‘Faith In The Future’ is simply too nice. The songwriting is sturdy and well-formed, leaning on his indie roots – you can hear ghosts of the Gallaghers, whispers of Chris Martin – without ever truly channelling something dangerous, or edgy. ... It just doesn’t raise the pulse, or quicken the blood-flow in a way you might long for.
