    Fine Line will easily become one of my Top 5 albums of all time. The musicianship along with pouring his heart out has you feeling all emotions. Listening to the songs in order takes you on an emotional ride from bliss to sadness to happiness to hopefulness. Styles I believe hasn't even hit his peak yet! I find myself listening on repeat hearing something different each time. SometimesFine Line will easily become one of my Top 5 albums of all time. The musicianship along with pouring his heart out has you feeling all emotions. Listening to the songs in order takes you on an emotional ride from bliss to sadness to happiness to hopefulness. Styles I believe hasn't even hit his peak yet! I find myself listening on repeat hearing something different each time. Sometimes rewinding because I wasn't appreciating a certain part enough. His videos have really enhanced the songs Lights Up and Adore You. His talent is evident. His heart and hard work makes him a great human as well as a True Artist!… Expand

    It's a totally cohesive album that you can listen to on the road from the beginning until the end, it is a beautiful album that transports you to many emotions with the voice of Harry accompanying your trip key listen to it in order and the instrumentals are something from another world i love it

    While his debut self-titled LP was a pleasing collection of beautiful odes to soft rock and britpop, Harry Styles' second effort sounds like its altered, upgraded, better-crafted, grown sister. "Fine Line" is so well arranged, ranging in style and in sounds, but still being so aesthetically cohesive. It kinda, sorta, tells a story, not a new one, from being in love ('Golden', 'Adore You')While his debut self-titled LP was a pleasing collection of beautiful odes to soft rock and britpop, Harry Styles' second effort sounds like its altered, upgraded, better-crafted, grown sister. "Fine Line" is so well arranged, ranging in style and in sounds, but still being so aesthetically cohesive. It kinda, sorta, tells a story, not a new one, from being in love ('Golden', 'Adore You') to being heartbroken ('Cherry', 'Falling'), to the getting over ('Sunflower, Vol. 6', 'Canyon Moon') and peace-finding ('Fine Line'), but it sure tells it with great music playing in the background.

    The whole project exudes personal energy, like really confessional lyrics ('Falling' is literally an entry from Styles' diary) or just real-life recordings (Camille Rowe's voice as the ending of 'Cherry' is such a moving addition to the already beautiful track). Another impressive thing is the variation in sounds and styles, going from rock on 'She', to ukulele-based alternative on 'To Be So Lonely', to Vampire Weekend-esque indie sounds on 'Sunflower'. It all plays out so well, coming to the beautiful closer, which happens to be the title track, on which Styles asserts repeatedly "We'll be alright", such a basic, but exquisite-in-its-hope line.

    Both aesthetically and musically pleasing, "Fine Line" is a step (or a leap) in the right direction for Harry Styles' career.    … Expand

I think the order of the tracks is so right as to tell us a story. I personally think Golden starts where FTDT ends. in this album we see him coming back to the light, he loves so much, he falls again but the ending is so strong I think the song FINE LINE is literally for him and for nobody else. when he says we'll be alright I feel like it really is. With a more personal and raw appeal, he explores new sounds, melodies and concludes the album with a masterpiece of sorts. Tracks: Fine Line, She, Golden and Falling especially stand out with exceptional vocals and songwriting.

    Styles outdid himself, this album shows that he is not afraid to experiment with his emotions and transmit them, in order to connect with his fans. Fine Line tells a story that helps you relate to Styles and how he felt when writing this songs as you listen to it. Great album.

    Com "Fine Line" conseguimos ver a crescente evolução de Harry. Seu debut já mostrou um trabalho coeso e com muita qualidade. O segundo álbum conseguiu ser ainda maior e melhor, onde conseguimos ver o verdadeiro harry styles. Perfeito do inicio ao fim!

    It's very distressing for Harry Styles to try to go of the genre "Rock". Yes, he is extremely talented, but wanting to be like a David Bowie of this generation is not very sure.
    This new work has managed to be worse than the previous one, songs that I don't quite understand what message you want to convey, but maybe with one or two that still won't let it be a musical disaster.

    I always thought Harry Styles had an old soul. I always thought he was born to return us to another soulful rock musical era, until now.
    It is evident that the British musician has matured amazingly and evolved into a ver interesting artist since his departure from pop phenomenon One Direction. "Fine Line" feels more pop and commercial than his previous album. This, however, doesn't mean    I always thought Harry Styles had an old soul. I always thought he was born to return us to another soulful rock musical era, until now.
    It is evident that the British musician has matured amazingly and evolved into a ver interesting artist since his departure from pop phenomenon One Direction. "Fine Line" feels more pop and commercial than his previous album. This, however, doesn't mean it isn't good. The album is very enjoyable and playful. It truly feels that he has taken the best of his One Direction days and all what he has learnt this few years as a solo artist. While his debut album felt a bit monotone, "Fine Line" brings a lot of joy and emotion to the listener. It truly feels like a nice and confident evolution for the singer but still on his way to define himself and his music. The use of a gospel choir, intelligent harmonies and good production makes the album a must for pop-rock music lovers.    … Expand

    This record is very unfocused and inconsistent. There are a couple good singles off the record but it lacks the cohesion and consistency in style needed for a complete sounding album. However, Harry Styles has certainly made the best music of the ex-one direction members and I am looking forward to his future releases.

    The kind of album that finds the fine line between all that’s good about modern pop/rock and the eclectic eccentricities of classic rock. Think Fleetwood Mac meets Hunky Dory Bowie meets Mark Ronson. Don’t let critical snobs or boy band archetypes hinder your decision to listen and go into this realizing this is the ascension of a new artist free from that aforementioned boy band.

    The absolute best album on this planet. (Tied with all 5 One Direction albums, and Harry’s first solo debut album) He is so incredibly open, honest, vulnerable and beautiful throughout this album. It is so heartfelt and deserves to be #1 on all the charts. Please help him get up there, he is truly an amazing person inside and out.

    Harry Styles is devoting himself as a great artist, with fresh and also raw sounds, creating new worlds and sensations, producing an exquisite album with guitar solos by Mitch sounding like Lana Del Rey, his inspirations are so great and visible, I think that will become the next decade in someone legendary for future generations

This is why when I discovered Harry Styles in 2017, I was immediately hooked. Not only does he have a powerful voice, but he makes music that is honest... music that makes you feel something. He’s also notNot to sound like a music snob, but I’m an opera singer and I really have a hard time listening to most popular music. I don’t like auto tuned, highly produced, commercial sounds. This is why when I discovered Harry Styles in 2017, I was immediately hooked. Not only does he have a powerful voice, but he makes music that is honest... music that makes you feel something. He’s also not worried about fitting into a particular genre, which is refreshing and allows for a lot of creativity in his music. My two favorite songs from the album are “Falling” for its raw honesty and vocals and “Watermelon Sugar” for its instrumentation and delivery, and really just because it makes me happy. Give the album a listen if you haven’t already. You won’t be sorry.… Expand

    Such a different sound to most artists on the radio these days. Very refreshing to hear. Definitely signs of experimenting with sounds. When listening to the album you know that he genuinely loves what he is making. Loved it.

    This was an Album that made me fall in love with Harry Styles. I had known about him during his One Direction times, and then when he released his first ever solo album with songs like ‘Sweet Creature’ and ‘Kiwi’. But i had never really, truly listened to his songs, or taken any interest in him as an artist. I think the first song i heard from this album was ‘Watermelon Sugar’ and itThis was an Album that made me fall in love with Harry Styles. I had known about him during his One Direction times, and then when he released his first ever solo album with songs like ‘Sweet Creature’ and ‘Kiwi’. But i had never really, truly listened to his songs, or taken any interest in him as an artist. I think the first song i heard from this album was ‘Watermelon Sugar’ and it instantly gave me such a Summer nostalgia. Simply listening to it made me feel like it was Summer and i was with my friends, adventuring, going on road trips, just having the time of my life. This is the thing about his album. ‘Fine Line’ makes you feel so many things, while the songs are absolutely stunning and astounding. They are all total bops but will probably have you crying your eyes out, head burrowed into the pillow at 3am. Or maybe that’s just me... You can see Harry being so vulnerable and personal in a lot of these songs, like ‘Cherry’, ‘Falling’, ‘Fine Line’. It’s amazing how this openness and raw emotions reflect back to you and just touch your soul, sympathize and deeply resonate with you. Adding a voicemail at the end of ‘Cherry’ was such a bold move, on the verge of crossing the immensely fine line between his music and his very personal life. But it added so much to the song, made it even more beautiful and completed it. This album starts off with more lighthearted, fun songs like ‘Golden’, ‘Watermelon Sugar’ and ‘Adore You’. It’s almost like we are following his journey, as he battles with some hardships and good times turn into bad ones. Even the structure of this album is worthy of praise. And the music videos for ‘Lights Up’ and ‘Adore You’ are just so cool and tell an amazing story. The lyrics and the music of all the songs are just so good. So deep and beautiful. I’ve never head any other Album resonate with me more. The Pop-Rock sound, accentuated with some Indie and punk fits his voice so well and translates beautifully into these 12 songs. I’ve tried so hard to choose a favorite, but i think it’s impossible, They are all so SO heavenly. I’ve made all my friends and family and strangers listen to it. It’s that good, just makes you want to share its beauty with the world. Anyway, listen to it, bless your ears.… Expand

    Even better than his first one, Falling is such an amazing relatable song. The singles are so catchy, I love how much more open Harry is with this album.

    This album is so good. I was blown away by the production and vocals. The idea or concept behind the songs and their overall atmosphere it created was mind blowing. The instruments in the album are very authentic and league of its own. Harry Styles has improved lyrically and shows raw human emotions that we all have felt. I'm very impressed with this album.     An absolute masterpiece from start to finish. Exactly what we all needed, some fresh music that’s different than all of the overplayed pop songs. Seriously cannot day enough great things about this album!
