Jul 23, 2017Tyler's most concise albums that ties together everything necessary for a phenomenal album. As of his prior work in Goblin, Wolf and Cherry Bomb, Tyler was never one to focus on himself and achieve some a personal reflection of himself (which was attempted unsuccessfully in Wolf). Flowerboy is by far his most focused work and displays what makes Tyler.. Tyler.

Jul 26, 2017This album shows a great progression on Tyler's persona and work. Very few rap album's are engaging from start to finish while at the same time exporting a message.

Nov 21, 2017One of the best rap/hip-hop albums of 2017. Sonically, this album is experimental and very dreamy. The whole vibe of this album is unique. I think this is Tyler's best work, and might be a landmark in music history.

Jan 28, 2018This is perfect. Every single track for me is just flawless. The cohesion is perfect. I would give it more than a 10 if I could.

May 22, 2019Easily one of the best albums I've heard in my life , every song sounds great , there's no lowpoints , I come back to every song after months have passed since I first heard it(which is rare for me) , and it deserves a better score than **** Igor.
Masterpiece. -
May 20, 2019Exactly what is expected from Tyler.
He continues to make well produced music. -
Jun 23, 2019Simply the greatest album of all time. When I get bored of playlists on long roads I just start with Foreword and boom 46 minutes gone. I love the way that it tells a story and with most of Tyler’s albums it is one big whole, best to listen from beginning to the end in one with no disturbance

Sep 13, 2019This album is just amazing, the whole thing has an incredible production, great and well executed songs and ideas. One of the best records of the decade in my opinion, also because of its context and emotion charged tracks.
-
Oct 24, 2019This is the most accessible Tyler album. An improvement over his past albums.
-
Nov 10, 2019Tyler really shows his masterful production skills on this album, his flows are immaculate. The sound is warm and really sounds like sitting in a garden with lo-fi and trap sounds integrated with it.His bars on the album are probably the best of his career and really shows his creativity as an artist.

Jan 24, 2018This is a quiet, mellow album that works better as chill out music than work out music. ... Well worth checking out, especially if you thought Tyler was a one-trick pony.
-
The WireSep 1, 2017At some point in the future Tyler, The Creator may define his ideology and grow tedious with it; for now he remains on top form revelling in ambiguity. [Sep 2017, p.62]

Aug 9, 2017These days, there aren’t many rap albums that can service as a deeply digested work of art as well as music for easy listening, yet Tyler, The Creator fills both lanes well. He manages to find the happy medium on Flower Boy and translates it to his best album yet.
