    This is by far the best album that Ms Taylor Swift ever released. She switched the genre for second time but it never disappointed her fan. Whenever she switched the genre, it became her career peak. Folklore is the most honest one from Taylor and we never get tired of listening to it.

    This albums is the epitome of the Taylor Swift sound. Personally, I see this as Swift at best. Her vocals are soothing thus so fitting on the overall theme the album's trying to convey.     It’s a wonderful experiment when i listen to this album. Not like ‘Lover’, ‘Folklore’ contains everything i expected when she first surprisingly introduced this to the public. The album make me remembering ‘Red’, which was her most successful album in the past. She got what she want in the music industry so ‘Folklore’ remark that she grow a lot.

    It is really incredible to see Taylor exploring brand new styles of music. folklore is very different from what she has done before, but still got the typical Taylor Swift vibes---the exquisite emotions in the lyrics. This album in general is just really heart touching, and incredibly suited to live during the covid-19 epidemic. Definitely one of the best albums of 2020.

    Great album but extremely overhyped. Not the invention of the alternative pop genre. The songs are good and the album overall is cohesive but I found it to be lacking variety. Some songs felt familiar to others and lyrics are too cryptic sometimes. Overall an enjoyable experience nonetheless.

    I can't help but be absolutely mesmerized by the careful craftsmanship of every little detail in the songs with interwoven stories between different tracks. Each track feels like a mini movie in my hwad, and each listen makes you pay more attention to the different hidden meanings you may have missed in the first listen. She's the only artist that I know of, who has found that sweet spot between succesful commercialization as well as creating the rooms for discussion about her music. She pays attention to the experience that her fans have listening to her music. And that totally set her apart from the other artists who sometimes get so caught up in the charts and sales that they make their music absolutely un-enjoyable for their fans.
    And Taylor has somehow mastered both of those things. It is something she isn't praised for enough but it's about damn time we put some respect on her name that she deserves. And see her as the legend that she is. ❤️    … Expand

    These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
