    What a refreshing and exciting new sound! I liked the fusion of rap and rock. "More" and "Arson" are incredible tracks and immediate favourites. They are edgier sounds. This album is perhaps a bit different from the expected sounds associated with j-hope, but this proves how multifaceted of an artist he is. Great vocals, lyrics, ofc, and overall sound.     Jack in Box is a wonderful album in every way. This album involves us in J-Hope's journey of discovering his own artistic side, showing his own colors. He also brings references to his Hip Hop roots in a beautiful and respectful way. I appreciate this artistic and meticulous side of J-Hope so much . This album deserves all the love in the world.

    Esse álbum é ótimo. Me encantei na primeira vez que ouvi e sem falar nos mvs que são muito bem feitos. Jhope sempre presta atenção nos mínimos detalhes e entrega tudo.

    I was surprised how j-hope expressed his heart and mind through Jack In The Box. j-hope is fully involved on his first solo debut album. All songs are my favorite, it's hard to choose. However, MORE and = (Equal Sign) feel different, I give "more" words for those 2 songs. Try listening to Jack In The Box when you are relaxing or want to find something new to excite you.     This is my favorite solo album, love it. The songs have a good message and gives me a lot of strength when i'm down. The art is perfect, love the colors and creativity.

    Muy buen álbum, valoro muchísimo que no se dejó llevar por el gusto popular y genérico (que me aburre). Ojalá siga haciendo lo que siente y no lo que pide el mercado... Sino va a ser uno más del montón, y el no es de esos, merece destacarse.

J-Hope, em todas as músicas, esbanja uma quantidade imensa de significados e emoções, e é isso - além do ritmo contagiante - que torna suas canções tão perfeitas e cheias de vida. A música de J-Hope reflete quem ele é: a vida na sua forma mais pura e bela! Jack In The Box fugiu completamente de todo o estilo e padrão que Hobi costumava seguir, e acredito que isso tenha trazido surpresa a todos do army, foi algo tão lindo e tão completo, tão forte e, simultaneamente, tranquilo (ok, não tão tranquilo).     Whether the music on Jack in the Box suits your taste or not, it’s hard to dismiss this album as an artistic statement rather than just chapter 1/7 of BTS proving they can also make money in ways beyond official group releases.

    There’s an excellent three track run from “What if…,” an energetic song that samples Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” into mid-tempo standout “Safety Zone” before a touch of Hope World familiarity returns in the optimistic “Future.”
