    A definite upgrade from Changes (which isn't really that hard to do), but somehow the name doesn't fit the overall the theme of the album. Nevertheless, the album contains outstanding songs with impressive production that is nostalgic to Believe and Purpose Bieber.

    It's refreshing to see how this young man has been able to find his path not only in music but in life, after all the ups and downs he has faced through his journey. For me, this album shows his grown to be the man that he's now: loving, giving passionate and emphatic. His purpose to be a light in people's path while keeping God close to his steps is simply inspiring. I think Justin did it very well here (although I prefer when he uses R&B as his base), his voice is simply unique and makes everything good, the lyrics are mostly light and fun but also very thoughtful as he tries to show support to everyone in these hard times, and the rythims are catchy and entertaining. A true artist and a living legend, he's not someone to mess around. He's happy now and I think it shows, good job JB. Congratulations Justin, keep doing it like that !!!… Expand

However, this album is tone deaf and uses MLK Jr.'s words for nothing other than promotion and performative activism. The sound of this album is an improvement since Changes (which was a ringtones album and genuinely bad)... But that isn't a high bar to pass. The sound is something from the 2010sThe promotion of this album hinted at music that would revolve around the theme of justice. However, this album is tone deaf and uses MLK Jr.'s words for nothing other than promotion and performative activism. The sound is something from the 2010s when he was making relevant music. He seems to yearn to make music from that time, but misses the mark where he should be currently. He has the resources to make better and more meaningful music that's innovative, but it seems like he released this album just to fulfill a contractual obligation and to get another stream of income. I vibed with some of the songs, but they don't have high replay value sadly. It's not completely grating, but due to the fact that I won't be listening again, I'll give it a 1.     It's better than changes, but still very repetitive. I'd give it a 5 but I can not believe he thought it appropriate to put an MLK speach in the middle of an album 70% about his wife's hooha. 9 features carry this album. Peaches is good and Lonely might be the best song he's made

    The upshot is that Justice is one of Bieber's steadiest releases, among the easiest to play from start to finish. The only overdone aspect is the low self-esteem and unworthiness the lyrics either suggest or flatly express in almost every song.

    His voice has a palatable smoothness; he’s mastered push-and-pull dynamics, and he swings effortlessly from a placid chest voice to a zephyr of a falsetto. That litheness and control are on full display across Justice. Even when the songwriting is spiritless and the production rote—and it occasionally is, as on the confessional “Unstable” and the saccharine “Deserve You”—he still sings the hell out of it.
