This album was absolutely terrible. The synthesizer makes an extremely edgy sound that hurts my ears and most of the music sounds just like random noise. I was looking forward to this album but listening to it was a complete waste of time. Don't make the same mistake as me.

very unique record. The album gets fantastic at points but is musically so so incorrect most of the time. In the unique-making process, it lost its musical correctness. "Lights On" is most disturbing and annoying thing on the album. It's like listening random melodies which have no synchronisation. The electropop production is the heart of the album along with Twigs' vocals.

That the album works so well is less a testament of Twigs's charisma and talent--real as those may be--than it is the limitless possibilities of well-paid freelance teamwork. [Nov 2014, p.63]

There are some excellent tracks here--‘Lights On’, ‘Two Weeks’, ‘Pendulum’--and her talent is obvious, but the men at the production desk could perhaps have been braver.
