Mar 2, 2021Bigger, broader but at the same time even more catchy and polished than its older sibling released last year (just listen to last track K.G.L.W.). The Microtonal core is there and we can hear it in new ways and forms. Listen to both albums K.G. and L.W. to access the point, where currently is just one facet of creative space of this band, heavily influence by Eastern sonic properties.

Classic Rock MagazineApr 1, 2021Great modern music. [May 2021, p.88]

Mar 24, 2021L.W shows the band continuing to enjoy the sounds of stringed instruments and drum kits that are tuned to microtones. Guitars have extra frets so that the band can hit “non-traditional” notes; the drums are pitched slightly off-key but are still hit in such a syncopated way so as to keep the listener’s foot tapping. The result is another collection of slightly wonky, very head-noddy songs.
