After 10 years of battle with her former label, Jojo could finally release her 3rd official album, and it's POP PERFECTION. There is everything on this record, soul, R'n'B, pop, house, dancehall, but Jojo's voice, interpretation and lyrics, makes it a masterpiece.

After a harsh battle with her former label it is a surprised to find her stronger than ever. Her mature vocals and song arrangements are superb and this can be seen in each track from Mad Love. There are a delicious mix of different vibes and moments any person could easily relate, plus she can perform almost 100% without having to fake it. JoJo returns and this is a amazing return. The R&B Teen star revives her career with "Mad Love." which gives us such great sutltry R&B tracks influenced also by Pop and Dance music which is the perfect combination. Her voice is the most appealing thing from the whole album as she makes her way into showcasing her big pipes that go smoothly across the album. We can officially say JoJo is back. After almost 10 years in limbo because of legal problems with her label that damaged her career hugely, she managed to come back with such a personal album that talks about depression ("Clovers"), being in love ("Good Thing"), out of love ("Honest"), self confidence ("I Am") and lots of encouraging messages ("F*** Apologies", "I Am", "High Heels"). Her album showcases her experience as a recording artist and songwriter. The album opener is "Music": a emotional ballad that talks about her unconditional love for music and the loss of her father. Both standard and deluxe versions of the album end with encouraging tracks, "I Am" and "Rise Up". Expand

Mad Love é totalmente diferente do seu álbum anterior o The High Road. This album is confusing. Sometimes less is more, maybe a 10 tracks album would have been better.
She can sing but a lot of the songs don't really showcase her range. This album lack songs like "Say love" / "Save my Soul"
Remy Ma is not a good feature on FAB, beside her verse and JOJO ruff flow at the beginning FAB is really good.

To be honest I was never into JoJo that much but somehow I always followed her career since a few years ago and decided to give this album a try. This is honestly one of the best albums of the year and the pop album that impressed me the most. The only "pop" album that can match this beauty is Joanne, and probably Dangerous Woman too.

Valeu a pena esperar tanto tempo.

JoJo tried very hard, but it is not the best album. In this album there are only two songs that are of value: FAB and F*ck apologies . The rest of the album is very boring

A solid cohesive album that deserves way better recognition from the public. its very well produced with A+ vocals, nice lyrics and a great vibe. I'm looking forward to Jojo becoming a bigger act in the future.

JoJo's awaited comeback was expected for so long. She returns with a new single, F*** Apologies feat. Wiz Khalifa, a pop radio friendly song about unapologizing for anything. But it's not the best track of the album. You can listen to some jams like FAB. feat. Remy Ma, Vibe., I Can Only. feat. Alessia Cara, High Heels. and Clovers. A good mix of R&B, pop and dance-inspired tracks.

It’s an accomplished if somewhat safe set of songs; a JoJo on the cusp of finding her range.

While JoJo sounds great on big ballads and floor-filling tracks alike, Mad Love. lacks a cohesive sound. The abrupt genre shifts are jarring at turns, but paradoxically it’s this malleability that should be key to JoJo’s continued success.

It's all slick, sassy and infectious, but she's clearly capable of being much more besides. [Dec 2016, p.109]
