    I'm so proud of Zayn. Everything is perfect on this album : the lyrics, his voice ... Every single song is a master piece. I'm so happy that the world get to see his beautiful mind.

    This is one of those albums you can listen from beginning to end without skipping ahead. There's something for everyone. Zayn outdid himself on this impressive debut. Raw, honest lyrics, amazing beats and sexy as hell. He has definitely left his 1D sound behind him with this album. Emotional, mellow at times but never boring. I haven't even mentioned how spectacular Zayn's vocals are. It'sThis is one of those albums you can listen from beginning to end without skipping ahead. There's something for everyone. Zayn outdid himself on this impressive debut. Raw, honest lyrics, amazing beats and sexy as hell. He has definitely left his 1D sound behind him with this album. Emotional, mellow at times but never boring. I haven't even mentioned how spectacular Zayn's vocals are. It's heaven for your ears. Do yourself a favor and pick this album up. It's a gem.     Despite there being a few duds along the way (my least favourites being BoRdErZ and tRuTh, where the album runs the risk of becoming slightly mediocre), but overall I really enjoyed the cohesiveness of the sound of the album and Zayn's impressive vocals.

    I think a regular album, nothing unusual, some songs stand out but still have many problems in the album as the sounds of music and his voice. I hated the cover, I think it ridiculous for a first album

    Zayn Malik holds no uniqueness in this album. He sounds like a copy of Chris Brown and The Weeknd. Each song sounds almost identical and the songs are quite boring. They are all pop ballads that hold no uniqueness. The album is very overrated for its mediocrity.

    For his first album, he has managed to pull together an album that not only expresses himself as a talented singer-songwriter, but also gives the listener a sense of the potential they should except from Zayn in the future. The songs fall into a wide-range, and each one has a personal touch from Zayn himself. His music is a far-cry from the manufactured pop he was singing from 1D.

    A fantastic album with good songs. ZAYN gave us what we were not waiting, when you listen to it you will buy the album, because it's fantastic. LIKE I WOULD, SHE, PILLOWTALK AND OTHERS SONGS ARE AMAAAAAAZING, THE WHOLE ALBUM IS PERFECT, BUY IT :)

    Zayn said that he wanted the album to be as honest as he could possibly make it, and that really comes across. He's not really holding back, even with things that others may use to put him in a bad light. The album is so emotionally loaded and somehow also really mellow. It makes me wanna cry, but it also makes me wanna chill for the next decade. It's beautiful in every way, lyrically,Zayn said that he wanted the album to be as honest as he could possibly make it, and that really comes across.     Mind of Mine deviates from Zayns' previous work and displays the growth in his artistry. It's a cohesive body of work that flows completely through; there are no filler tracks. He really chooses carefully when to sing at full strength and when to pull back and his choices are stellar. The only difficulty is picking a favorite!

    His vocal skills help pave over the (rare) moments when the lyrics seem a bit juvenile or the sound feels a little too familiar, and help make Mind of Mine an impressive debut. It's music he couldn't have made with One Direction and while it may not be breaking any new ground, it's new for him and he's talented enough to make that interesting for anyone who likes well-made pop music.

    Mind of Mine leaps right over anything on Justified and carves a path of its own. Next decade’s boybands will doubtless provoke discussion on which of them will break out like this, which one will be a Zayn.
