JamesCAug 1, 2009Admittedly i've loved P.O.S. for years but he seems genuinely inspired on this album. The tracks push musical boundaries and his lyrics are tighter than ever. A few songs grate but enough stand out brilliantly so that the entire album is elevated. Overall, a unique work worth listening to over and over again.

FutFackFrankFeb 24, 2009Angry, freewheeling, wordplay so clever it had to be carefully plotted out beforehand and yet still totally and sufficiently whelming in an artistic way. This represents the TC scene very well.

TrevonLMar 29, 2009P.O.S's flow is better than ever. This album is raw, and shows that he has great talent.

ShannonZMar 4, 2009P.O.S.'s success with this album is a cinderella story. All the critics gave him hell about the last one but he doesnt care. Hes doing the same thing even better. Actually.. Never Better.

AhmadMay 5, 2009Real solid album. Honestly it took twice through to really appreciate some tracks. There are some songs, though, that don't hold up as well as others. The best songs on this album are really damn good, those other songs are decent at best.

From front to back, the album's an acquired taste, and even if it's not the big paradox that an album mixing punk ethics with rap virtuosity might risk becoming, it doesn't have a universal appeal, especially for heads leery of anything that might approach the misnomer of "emo rap."

P.O.S. has created something that sounds vibrant and alive, and stretches the narrow limits of the genre.
