Feb 20, 2019Other People’s Lives has achieved a wonderful thing. It is both calm and collected, but wildly unhinged at its core, which bubbles away with insecurities and mysteries. Stats’ record belongs to Ed Seed and his band, but in reality, he’s telling all our stories just as much as his own.

Feb 20, 2019I’ve listened to Other People’s Lives more than ten times and I honestly couldn’t say definitively what I think. It’s very good. It’s very familiar. If this is what they can do on a debut, who knows where they can go?

It is this bittersweet thread through Other People’s Lives that makes it so instantly affable and ultimately, relatable, even with Seed’s observational alienation.
