Your Old Droog has delivered a banging album from top to bottom. there wasn't a single song that i didn't like. this album was fantastic and amazing on so many levels. definitely album of the year along with Quelle Chris's Being You Is Great, I Wish I Could Be You More Often.

Now two LPs and four EPs deep, Droog projects are broadcasts from a smoke-filled, permanent-midnight club, his verses spit with the off-the-cuff ease of a dude feeling it that night. At this point, he’s already got one thing Nas never had: consistency.

The artistically revelatory voyage into Droog's at-times nostalgic, at-times comically bizarre world proves well worth the 40-minute trip.

Packs is a noteworthy set loaded with supremely smart twists that capture the continuing evolution of a ferociously talented MC.
