    I bought this cd out a few months ago, and had forgotten how many unkknown gems it contains. Duran Duran released this cd at (arguably) the low point of their popularity, and it was not surprising to me that it was mostly overlooked. With the exception of track 15, which seems to be random sound effects thrown together to take up time, this cd is worth taking some time with.

    Best album of Le Bon of EVER since "So Red the Rose" by Arcadia. Duran Fans, step aside... that's the most melodic, indie, brave, sincere album of his career. Each song is magic and it's a solid piece of a cosmic ensemble. In between Bono's "Pop" and late Bowie, here ut lies "Pop Trash"

    Too bad, If you're jaded no matter what you do , unless you suck up to the critics then they wont get any respect. That's what they got in here an album worth listening too. You got to be hip to get some credibility. An overlooked cd.

    These were definitely the lean years for Duran Duran. From the commercially disastrous Medazzaland to this album, the band seemed all but forgotten, fragmented, and trying to find its way. However, they also did a lot of experimentation. It was odd, spacey and campy, but very listenable. Warren Cuccurullo's guitar shines in these albums, but LeBon's lyrics tend to be lost and sometimesThese were definitely the lean years for Duran Duran.     This is from the warren era when duran duran was rockier filled with warren`s heavy and melodic guitar riffs. They need to bring him back, After his departure, the songs are good but lack guitar work which suits their music.Duran duran is leaning more towards the bubble gum pop side these days. This album is very melodic and someone else, not me reminds me of the beatles.Some of the bestThis is from the warren era when duran duran was rockier filled with warren`s heavy and melodic guitar riffs.     Some of the smooth, spacey ballads that were characteristic of their 1993 self-titled release show up here, but more often than not LeBon is lost in a swamp of over-production.
