Definitely not as good as Lucy Ford or God Loves Ugly. Where did Slug go? Where's the guy who kicked rhymes about struggling in South Minneapolis? The twangy Blues vibe that Ant brought on the last two LPs is missing and it sounds like they are trying much too hard to bust out of the underground scene. 1. Atmosphere are clearly at the top of the emo-rap game; it's just not necessarily a game true schoolers will want to play.

Seven's Travels ultimately nods to the mainstream as much as to the underground. [Nov 2003, p.116]
  3. Life is too short to spend valuable time with a record as essentially inessential as Seven's Travels.
