    The growth when it comes to lyricism is just WOW. Perfectly produced by Jack Antonoff and in the future, i bet the skeptical critics in the future will consider this one a ahead of its time masterpiece!

    People didn't like Melodrama at first, and today it's considered a pop classic. I'm sure this will go down in the books as a memorable album in a year or two. Every summer from now on will have Solar Power as it's soundtrack. It's beautiful and heartfelt.

    Beautiful instrumentation and lyrics. This new album is so experimental in Lorde’s career but, also fascinating. The production is so exquisite and quite cohesive. If you’re expecting for a «Melodrama 2.0», you won’t find it but, you’ll get some vibes.

    After the firts heard I didn't like too much, but after 3 o 4 days of listened i start to feel so nice.
    Sounds that bring me peace, fav tracks are in the deluxe, Helen of troy and Hold No grudge, also include Secrets from a Girl (WSIA)

    Lorde have grown as a happy person and it shows. Her ecstatic state it's contagious and it's full of new rhythms for her that shows that she will never give us the same music twice

    The lyrics are amazing as usual, there's something about Lorde that only her can capture the feelings and put it on words. She was absolutely right when she said that this album was a little bit about New Zealand, when I listen to it I feel myself in a New Zealand Beach in the summer with my friends. Another album of her that's so well producted. Tks Lorde and Jack Antonoff for the AMAZING job

I feel like every good artist should have the ability to change and explore in music and more important, do it successfully.     Solar Power is Lorde's strongest project. From the nature-inspired production, full of guitars and horns and cicadas, to the melancholic vintage-vibe melodies, this album is the perfect companion for the perfect summers. She never disappoints, truly a masterpiece.

It has strong songs as Fallen Fuit, The Path and Ocean Feelings. The first mistake that we can do it’s to compare with Melodrama.     It seems like this album isn't for everyone, but for me this was a deeply moving and beautiful experience! I liked the drastic shift in the sound of her music and the age of aquarius meets early 2000s pop sound felt so fresh. This album had a lot of surprising moments that kept me constantly on my toes for what was coming next, and Oceanic Feeling was such an incredible way to end off thisIt seems like this album isn't for everyone, but for me this was a deeply moving and beautiful experience!     An absolutely beautiful album! It's about appreciating the life that you have. All the little moments. It's a reminder not everything in life has to be this big bang. I like that. I guess after going through everything we have in the last one and a half year, that's the reminder we needed!

    Basta escutar duas vezes para entender que o atual trabalho da Lorde é único e não se parece com nada feito antes. A única coisa comparável com Lana Del Rey e Billie Eilish é que todas são boas e talentosas demais. A única coisa comparável ao Melodrama é que é impossível uma Review com apenas um play.
    Quando a Lorde fez algo para ser apreciado dessa forma afoita?
    Uma obra de arte merece ser digerida e apreciada lentamente. Her song writing continues to speak for itself, wrapped in a cocoon of production (spearheaded by Lorde herself) that is so different than anything I'm hearing in the contemporary world of music. Jack Antonoff's contributions to this production can't goI'm sure it comes as no surprise to anyone that Lorde has once again created an outstanding project that was executed beautifully. Her song writing continues to speak for itself, wrapped in a cocoon of production (spearheaded by Lorde herself) that is so different than anything I'm hearing in the contemporary world of music. Jack Antonoff's contributions to this production can't go un-missed, and their teamwork shines through. The themes are so exotic feeling, as if summer is breathing on your neck and all there is to do is look inside yourself and feel good about it. I've listened three times, and the highlights for me are The Path, Solar Power, California, Stoned at the Nail Salon, Fallen Fruit, Secrets From a Girl (Who's Seen It All), Dominoes, Big Star, Mood Ring and Hold No Grudge.     Even though it's not her best work to date (Melodrama is hard to top, not just for her, but for any artist) this is definitely an interesting and joyful new direction Lorde is heading towards. Among my favorite tracks are The Path, Fallen Fruit, Secrets from a Girl, Mood Ring & Oceanic Feeling.

When more people start making this sound and shift away from the trap-pop and the 80s synth pop trends going on people will called it a masterpiece ahead of its time when now they're bashing it so if you're enjoying this album and it's a perfect 10/10 album with you that flows perfectly and has 0 skips now, congratulations because that means our minds can comprehend the art this album is!     A few months ago, I was truly scared because I thought it was impossible to make an album that was on the same level as Melodrama. However, this album is magnificent. Lorde did it again. Listening to it is an out of this world experience. Lorde just keeps making art.

    masterpiece of an album! the people who are hating on ella just cant accept this isn’t melodrama 2. while it sounds very similar to other music jack has helped produce the lyrics and ellas vocals make up for it. the growth from lorde from pure heroine to melodrama and now solar power has been a joy to experience. stop running off with what other people are saying and enjoy the album :D

    The album is worth waiting for. I love how Lorde is not afraid to change musical direction. The songwriting is astonishing. Critics should stop making her previous albums as the standard of her. I love Solar Power!

    Lorde grows up and so do I.
    Her songwriting should be awarded by the Grammy folks.
    Melodrama lost ALBUM of the year and it was such a masterpiece, but Elle went all the way to the Antarctic sea to bake a priceless album. It’s 2021 and it’s so difficult finding a great, pure and genuine work art like this one.
    So glad Ella came back

    I love how she reinvents her self in every album. This sounds nothing like "Pure Heroine" or "Melodrama" and that's the cool thing. She is growing up and experimenting with her sound. At first listen and after reading some fan reviews I felt a little disappointed, but after 4-5 listens to the album, I really love it and think it has no skips. I can't wait to hear this record on my vinyl player!

    This album is amazing. It’s different from what she had made the last few years, but it’s experimental and pretty much a grower on me (except fallen fruit and mood ring which is an instant bop). IM IN LOVE WITH THIS NEW DIRECTION!!

    All these connections Lorde is trying to make: her strange pastiche imagination of the ’70s, that random spoken word interlude by Robyn about climate change, and the themes of “sun healing,” never fully reach each other. Often, they come off as disingenuous and out of touch more than they read as brilliant, or comical. Whether the album is one big prank, or just one majorly failed experiment, the gist of having the “privilege to ignore” is lost in translation. All you are left with is just a handful of pretty alright songs.

    If you're riding and vibing with Lorde, this bright shapelessness is superb mood music. If you're not riding her wave, Solar Power can seem elusive, even cloying, as it circles and sways with a smile.
