George Ezra is amazing! Is such a great album. The best track is absolutely "Paradise", a hit that is in the top 5 of Official Charts. Such a smash.

The first half of this album is very promising, it kept me engaged and I loved the instrumentals, vocals and pretty much all of the songs. However, the second half of the album is so boring and I honestly was counting the seconds for the songs to end. These songs aren't experimental and i couldn't find a way to enjoy them at all. Staying at Tamara's isn't as good as George Ezra's debut, Wanted on Voyage, but on his sophomore record, he shows signs of maturity, but not the consistency i was hoping for. Certain tracks stand out, such as Shotgun, Paradise and Hold my Girl, some tracks do well in keeping you in the album for a bit longer, even if they aren't appealing as the others (Saviour, Pretty Shining People,Staying at Tamara's isn't as good as George Ezra's debut, Wanted on Voyage, but on his sophomore record, he shows signs of maturity, but not the consistency i was hoping for. But it's that lack of consistency throughout the album that really got on my nerves. I may sound like a George Ezra purist by saying this, but this album doesn't sound like George Ezra. It's lost that dark side that Wanted on Voyage had with songs like 'Did You Hear The Rain?' and 'Breakaway'. Although the album is fun, and I tried my best to go in with middling expectations, my expectations were not exceeded, and I'm left a bit underwhelmed. I'm off to listen to Wanted on Voyage again. It's not like his first album, I think it's kind of boring and that only lasts a little over 35 minutes. It is an album to pass the time and be quiet listening to it. It has nothing new and innovative.

Very good album. George Ezra moves forward. Songs is more catchy. Choruses are big. This album is not the second Wanted On Voyage. Sound of Staying at Tamara's is different, but I don't think that this is a bad decision. Some songs are amazing, but songs like Only a Human or The Beautiful Dream you may forget.

Staying at Tamara's is good album with lot of catchy songs and I like it, although it is not like debut. SaT is more optimistic, it has a massive sound and you will may sing along all songs from this album.

Staying at Tamara's is upbeat and light to a fault, a microcosm of cheer mostly blissfully unaware of the chaotic world around it. This is by design, sure, but it also makes the album feel unapologetically, yet unforgivably inconsequential.

This isn't an album that's really imbued with the sound of his own travels. that said, it's a warm, optimistic pop'n'roll record that is hard not to like. [May 2018, p.108]

Staying at Tamara’s defining mood is one of unchallenging, and unflinching, politeness.
